The chai used to be sooooo good but it’s just ‘meh’ now…. Such a let down. I wonder what happened:/
I own a coffee roaster company so I like to visit shops whenever I travel; this is one of my favorite shops. Love the staff and the coffee and baked goods are top notch. I recommend the Cortado ♥️👍🏽👏🏽 5⭐️

usually one of my favorite coffee spots but my experience today was so upsetting it made me not wanna return :( i love this spot so dearly but the staff today were quite unfriendly and rude. my drink felt very poorly made today compared to previous occasions so i’m hoping it was a fluke day and not a dip in quality. really upsetting vibe overall just wish staff were a bit more friendly and enjoyed their work enough to keep a consistent drink quality :((

Great drip. Great espresso. Friendly and helpful baristas. Plenty of parking. Bagels, pastries, and tasty toasts. What more could you ask for in a small neighborhood coffee shop?

Absolutely the worst croissants I’ve ever had. Take a Costco 12 pack of croissants, leave them out to get stale, and pay for them here.
They also added and charged for stickers on our mobile pick up order that we didnt ask for or want.

Exceptional Coffee & Atmosphere at Seven Seas Roasting Co.
I recently visited Seven Seas Roasting Co. in Aliso Viejo and was thoroughly impressed. The cappuccino I ordered was simply outstanding—rich, aromatic, and perfectly crafted. The blend of flavors was remarkable, showcasing the expertise behind their brewing process.
The space is intimate, with a cozy vibe that makes it perfect for relaxing or having a casual conversation. Despite its smaller size, the café offers a diverse range of products. You’ll find not only an excellent selection of coffee but also unique merchandise like sweaters, caps, and even freshly baked croissants and other treats.
One of the standout features is how dog-friendly the café is. They even have a dedicated board with pictures of dogs that frequently visit, adding a lovely personal touch. The outdoor seating area is ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings, and the easy parking makes the whole experience convenient.
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee or looking to spend a peaceful afternoon, Seven Seas Roasting Co. is a gem in Aliso Viejo. Highly recommended!

Awesome little coffee shop! We had a honey cinnamon latte, London fog and iced chai latte and they were all delicious and not super pricey!

Since me and my wife have found this place it's our go to spot. I personally have tried just about every coffee drink on the menu and it has never disappointed. I love the fact that I can get my drinks less sweet and the coffee/espresso is always good never bitter.

Tiny, hip place with plenty of parking. The iced tea is brewed hot to order which is great but it’s then unceremoniously dumped on a cup of ice. The result is a luke warm cup of “iced” tea with zero ice (it melted and didn’t even fully cool the hot tea). Not ideal.
I had high hopes for the everything bagel but I honestly think Costco bagels are better. It was served super hot which I appreciate and the cream cheese was fine (and served on the side which is great) but the bagel itself tasted at least a day or two old and was just a bulk bagel. Would not recommend it. The avocado toast others had looked better.
Prices were good!
