I thought to take them to try something different and delicious than my own culture food. It's alright! I was just upsetting and wrote the review. Your food is still good, but I'm not sure if I would eat it again. Respect others culture and treat all human beings the same should be your new training culture to adopt! Hey Smashburger; maybe you shouldn't let your counter staff talk on the phone while customers stand there trying to order. Or at least make sure they're not so incredibly stoned that they can't take an order for two burgers without losing their place. Oh well, food was good (but wildly overpriced)

Hadn't had a burger in a while, and Smashburger definitely hit the spot. It was hot and juicy and done just right. The bun was so soft and fresh. Before I left I went back and complimented the chef and a job well done. Burger was delicious!

It’s very impressive how the food is here. The burgers here are very tasty and fresh along with the fries! I have been coming here for a while now and it hasn’t disappointed at all ! The place is very clean, the staff is very welcoming, & the food here is delicious! You have to try this place out !

I’ve had good Smashburgers and I’ve had bad ones. This AV Smashburger does not scrape the old grease off the grill. As a result, the burger was very greasy and messy. When they take the meat patty off the grill, they scoop up all the grease with it and put it all on the bun. Disgusting!!!

National Cheeseburger Day Deal BOGO enticed me to try a [two] Smashburger today for the first time. I ordered online to pick up in a half hour. The ordering site is excellent. You can easily customize the burger in dozens of ways and the payment process with email confirmation was smooth. The store was busy when I arrived, but my order came up right on time. The "skip the line" pick up counter for online orders is awesome. I just walked up, confirmed my name on the receipt, and headed home. My Classic burgers were cooked exactly to my very detailed order: sub. cheddar for American cheese, no sauces only mustard, add red onions & grilled onions. All the customizations were free of charge. "Have it your way" at Smashburger...impressive. The burgers were delicious and substantial but I finished both with a cold one at home while watching the game. THANKS Smashburger for the generous BOGO offer. It worked and you've gained a new customer.
The staff was awesome at store #1247 in Aliso Viejo, CA! Right off, they told us about their weekend promotion, buy one, get one free. We went for the promotion and before we knew it, our order was delivered to our table. As we were enjoying our meal, my boyfriend realized there wasn't cheese in his double avocado bacon burger. Only after looking at the menu again, did he realize it was an add on. Other than this hiccup, the overall experience was great.

This place has changed. Came all the time during the early pandemic and would take it to go. Food was always amazing. Came today and it's just different. Not near as good. Place is a bit run down and dirty. There are ants all over by the soda fountain and the bathroom is gross. 2 employees are sitting on their phones until customers come in. They are not on breaks. This place needs a good cleaning so maybe they should clean instead of be on their phones. Just a thought.

Very good but a bit too expensive! Not a big fan of tips at a place where there is no waiter. I think they are losing quite a bit of business because of that.
