OK. The positives were 5+ star. The food was outstanding. The ambience was really good. The service (Abby) was outstanding as well - friendly and knowledgeable and attentive. We had the latka's and the pastrami sandwich and an appetizer of goat cheese won tons - are you kidding me??!? totally over the top sauces and preparation was good, and... and... and... My hazy IPA was very unique - crisp and totally delicious! Sooooooo - why the 3 star? The lavender lemon drop (vodka) was WAY. TOO. STRONG. No reason. for this. Not a large drink, but enough to give make my wife ill. No reason for this, and very risky if people are driving... She is no lightweight, and this one put the hurt on her - one only! So food, service, environment? All, over the top! A little less vodka and this place would be perfect!!

Literally everything they have here is GREAT. Me and my boyfriend are foodies and their food is always so good, we got the straight to the point burger & ahi bowl, INCREDIBLE. The attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. Get the gin drink “in the sea” i think it was called, it’s amazing! You have to try this place

This is a great restaurant for dinner and late night after 9pm, they’re open until 11pm. All the cocktails are made with their own spirits which were well made. Just came for drinks and appetizers. We got seated in the train car which is a really cool feature. Lots of good vibes here. Mickey was our server and she was super friendly and accommodating. Received a glass with yummy pickles that must be house made, crispy and a forward vinegar taste. The pork belly musubi was flavorful with the sauce and crispy texture was fun to eat. Spring rolls were airy and crispy, inside were veggies with noodles, scrumptious. The shrimp hush puppies seemed a bit overcooked and not enough flavor to want these again even though it came with delicious habanero and bourbon butter that I could have put in everything. We will be back to get their dinner and try their beer.

This was my first time visiting Webb’s Grainworks and I would say I will be coming back again to try out the rest of the menu. It just so happened that it was their 1 year anniversary as well. Jeremy and his staff have done an excellent job here and the place was crowded. I liked being able to sign up my name on the waitlist on their website to avoid a wait on my way. I tried the soup of the day which was broccoli cheddar was excellent. And for my dinner I had the Proper Pastrami Sandwich very tasty. I was in a rush to get home but I was studying the menu and I will have to return several times to try all the items that caught my eye on her menu. A++++

My new favorite spot!!! Great hospitality and great food. Staff were really nice and friendly! We tried different beers.they have really good beer menu and cocktails. We order jot chicken sandwich and burger, both were delicious!

Our first time was a great experience 5 stars. Our second time back, food was great but the service was super disappointing. The host wrote down the wrong phone number since we were going to wait, so we waited while others just walked in and were seated unfortunately. The waiter never checked up on us. But overall the atmosphere, food and drinks are great.

I have been going to this establishment since it had opened, and for the first time ever, I had never been treated with more disrespect. It was five p m, an, all three of the half booths were open centered on the bar, and I asked for me and my guest to be seated there, and they said, well we're really busy right now we can't have you taken up that seat. They asked if I would like to be seated in the train car to which I said absolutely but could you please open the window. They opened the window about 1/2 or 3/4 of an inch open and asked, if that was all right.. Then They proceeded to take the order of the party that was seated next to me 10 minutes later before taking my order. That place was once great, but I think now it has head for a steady decline. The food used to be good, but as the customer service, it has also head towards a steady decline. The hostesses are incompetent and can only be bribed with good seating through monetary compensation. I learned in my last 4 visits.

The heart of this place lies in its exceptional service. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. Alex the lion, Axel our favorite, and Jill the best bartender around are just to name a few of our all time favorite staff members. Jeremy, the owner is to applaud for his efforts hiring such an exceptional staff. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor create a welcoming environment that keeps us coming back time and again. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days!!!
Beyond the outstanding service, Webb's has become our go-to spot because of its family-friendly atmosphere. Whether it's a casual weeknight dinner or a special occasion, this restaurant caters perfectly to all ages. Our kid is always excited to visit thanks to the delicious kid's menu and the overall fun vibe.
We've become regulars because Webb's consistently delivers on both food and service. There's truly nothing else like it in the area!!!!! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience with their loved ones.
