Had a great experience at Webb's! We usually come by in the late afternoon or evening, so it was a nice change to stop in earlier and enjoy their breakfast menu, which is available until 2pm.
I had the breakfast burrito with sausage and it was massive, and absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and super filling. Great food, chill atmosphere. Definitely worth coming by earlier on a weekend day if you haven’t tried their breakfast yet!
Webb’s is an absolute gem! Not only is their whiskey fantastic—smooth, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care—but the staff is just as impressive. Everyone we met was welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to share their passion for what they create. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a tasting, and learn more about their process. Great drinks, awesome staff, and an all-around excellent experience.
Great food, delicious beers, and love the vibe here! The railcar and booths are super cool - love this new restaurant in Aliso Viejo, glad we swung by. Also, the pickles are really really good too.
The best gastropub I’ve found in the OC. Almost everything is made in house including the beer, spirits, and food. They even make their own buns for the burgers. The atmosphere and decor is well thought out, it actually has character. A real
Model T hangs from the rafters and an old train car has been incorporated into the building. It feels like a not so secret speakeasy from 1930’s Chicago. This place is worth a few trips so that you can try everything.
Posting for the new drink menu of the season
Visit here multiple times a month, and it’s always a great time here....get any sandwich or burger they're always 10/10
Other items can be questionable due to portion for price but I'll never complain, everything tastes good. Service is always friendly and the restaurant is cozy
Pictured food:
The Cure -$25 A bit small for the price but does include a half pour of beer of choice...large portions of pork belly but needs more noodles for the price ...overpricing homemade noodle shops like KitaKata
This place is absolutely incredible! The design of the space is stunning—modern, unique, and thoughtfully detailed in every corner. It feels like they really poured care into creating an atmosphere that stands out. You have to see it for yourself!
The food did not disappoint—we tried the burger, fried chicken sandwich, and brisket sandwich, and all were delicious. On top of that, the fact that they distill their own liquor here is such a cool touch. The beer list is also fantastic; the highlight for me was a 14.5% dark stout aged in whiskey barrels—rich, bold, and a must-try if you’re a fan of dark beers.
Service was equally impressive. Our server, Alex, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel really taken care of throughout the meal.
Overall, this spot nails it across the board—amazing food, drinks, atmosphere, and service. We can’t wait to come back and explore even more of the menu.
Very interesting spot for sure. The first thing that hit me was the interior decor; they have a very fun, vibrant, and warm interior, with some very fun design choices (like a mini train wagon).
Initially came in and grabbed a drink from the bar. Very good selection of drinks, friendly bartenders, and great service on that front.
For food, I got a Crispy Chicken burger with fries, and it was pretty good. It was a little dry and plain, but very good for the price for sure. Later I split a dessert with my company and it was phenomenal! Waffle covered in ice cream and candied caramel pecans.
Other menu items seemed to be grouped into North South East West, indicating various types of fusion choices.
Overall, very happy to have come here, and am willing to come back and try more of their items. I recommend it if you haven't been here!
Food, beers selection, service, facility, everything is top of the line, this is one of the best brewery in south county for sure, probably one of the best in all SoCal.
Atmosphere and Service are Excellent. My only hesitation is that the food and drinks are overpriced for what you actually get (by about double).
Total Hidden gem! Restaurant was incredible! Mellow vibes and world class service... Alex was an amazing server and made us feel like family - we'll be back again!!

Normally brewery places don't have the best food and we weren't expecting much here. The food, atmosphere and service (Jacob was a great server) was fantastic and way above what we expected. Will be coming back again
Stopped by after a long hike in Laguna. The beer was thirst quenching! The restaurant was busy but it was a Sunday afternoon. Food was delicious, I got the brisket tacos. Yum! Service was very prompt. Only thing I didn’t really like was we sat on a small table pressed against the kitchen, but it wasn’t a big deal. I definitely would like to try some more foods from here!
Incredible.
I've come in several times before and have always enjoyed my meal and the friendly atmosphere. Today though... oh my! I'm obsessed with the Apple Crisp cocktail. I'm in love with their Butterball whiskey, the green apples, and the caramel-rimmed glass — amazing!
For lunch, I ordered the hot chicken sandwich with the house salad on the side. Such an awesome salad! The dressing made it — the vinaigrette had a little kick to it... so good.
But what made this visit the best was dessert. It was a brownie with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream, toffee bits, candied bananas, bacon, and Butterball whiskey. A M A Z I N G. Whoever came up with this idea — give them a raise!
Shot out to the bartender, Conner, for being great as well.
Best brewery in Aliso Viejo. The food is amazing as well. Never been disappointed with what I ordered. Can’t stop coming back. It’s that good!
