I got the cluck sandwich, it was like someone had reheated a week old piece of chicken and put it on some bread, I couldn't bite through it. Disgusting. Threw it in the bin..

Fries and tacos were cold and obviously old and cooked in bad oil. Was expecting far better from a J.B. Will go to other J.B. nearby.

Well I said I wasn't gonna eat here as I was a fan of the locally owned diner that was here before. I had to make a quick stop at a business in this strip mall then grab lunch. It was to convenient to not stop here. Jacks has always been my choice when I have to make a quick stop whether on the road or just to busy for a longer lunch. The food is always decent and the service good. There are a couple of other burger places here in Alpine I have not been real happy with....this one is far better than the other two fast food hamburger joints. I got the sourdough Jack combo, the burger was good, the fries too. It being a hot summer day the large cold drink was the highlight....The young lady that took my order was very nice and a great representative of Jacks! This Jack in the Box is located in an old strip mall that honestly needs a little updating. Hopefully this new building will inspire the other businesses to spruce up a bit! There is sufficient parking, The lot is shared with a popular pizza place so I think on weekends or peak times it may get a little crowded. This building is clean and well maintained, the parking area for the mall could use a little refresher but overall this jacks is very good. I'm sure I will stop by again!

Clean restaurant and the staff was good....I don't fault them for food quality but fries weren't fresh and the wings lacked some flavor/quality.
