Never order pizza from Pizza Hut( Alpine.) After a 2 hour wait,(quoted 35 mins) I call and the employee tells me my order will arrive any minute. Waited another 10 mins, no order still so called back. I was THEN told the order I placed BY phone was never “actually placed” and they have no record of my order. My card was charged and deducted from my account. Oddly after speaking with the employee my money was credited back to my account on my order I never “actually placed.”...read full review
Sadly disappointed! Waiting for over an hour to receive one "pie" and some wings is ridiculous and uncalled for. I will not be going back to Pizza Hut and will not recommend this pizza place or the location ever again. I know that word of mouth from customers is one of the biggest forms of advertisement, good or bad, so please believe me when I say, stay away from this place!
