Love this place!!! Stop every work morning for my sausage biscuit and coffee! Always know it’s me and treat me like a king! Love their strawberry shakes as well!
Stopped at the drive thru for breakfast on my way through Alpine. Very fast, friendly service. Got my order correct. No complaints.
It's Mc Donald's regarding food. Service is generally very good, can get busy at peak mealtime. Atmosphere is clean, nice white wooden paneled exterior but no outdoor tables. Very convient location near Viejas and end of Alpine. Albertsons, Starbucks and frozen yogurt place makes it a good stop on your way to or from the deserts or mountains.

McDonald's is a restaurant that offers a variety of food and drinks, including hot and fresh coffee, chicken Mc Griddle's, and a range of meals for celebrations. The staff are kind and helpful, even if customers experience longer wait times. While the prices may be on the higher side, the food is generally good. This location has ample parking and is suitable for families with children. Recently, the restaurant has seen improvements in order accuracy since hiring new staff, although there have been reports of being short-staffed during busy times. On Wednesdays, when games are half price, it is still recommended to have additional staff to handle the increased customer volume. There have been some issues with orders, such as receiving the wrong items, but the overall service remains friendly. Wheelchair accessibility is available, making it convenient for all guests.
