“Well I said I wasn't gonna eat here as I was a fan of the locally owned diner that was here before. I had to make a quick stop at a business in this strip mall then grab lunch. It was to convenient to not stop here.\n Jacks has always been my choice when I have to make a quick stop whether on the road or just to busy for a longer lunch. The food is always decent and the service good. There are a couple of other burger places here in Alpine I have not been real happy with....this one is far better than the other two fast food hamburger joints. I got the sourdough Jack combo, the burger was good, the fries too. It being a hot summer day the large cold drink was the highlight....The young lady that took my order was very nice and a great representative of Jacks!\n This Jack in the Box is located in an old strip mall that honestly needs a little updating. Hopefully this new building will inspire the other businesses to spruce up a bit! There is sufficient parking, The lot is shared with a popular pizza place so I think on weekends or peak times it may get a little crowded. This building is clean and well maintained, the parking area for the mall could use a little refresher but overall this jacks is very good. I'm sure I will stop by again!“

“Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Team Member named Brandon. He was a younger guy but was extremely polite and provided exceptional service. I've been to jersey mikes many times, but he honestly made it the best Jersey Mikes experience I've ever had and I'm a regular!! Well done Brandon.“

“On the 4th of July, there were three people working, and they were all friendly, quick, and helpful. When one kid noticed the other girl was helping the couple in front of me, he promptly came to the register and offered his assistance. He got my order out to me very quickly, and I was on my way to enjoy my holiday!“

“We ordered multiple sandwiches for 2 nearby events. We stopped in to order the night before each. Dominique helped us, and was a delight! So personable and helpful. She wasn't there for the first days pick up. There were a couple glitches for that pick up, the order wasn't ready, they weren't picking up the phone, then gave us a ball of napkins out of the dispenser, verses a stack we could sit next to the sandwiches and no forks to use in the vegetables we ordered on the side. BUT we still came in to order 3x the amount for the 2nd days order, and Dominique fixed all that for the 2nd day pick up. Perfect!! She made everything easy.“

“Love this carl's junior, the ordering is really interesting.Because it's AI that takes your order, which freeze up the staff to make your food to order. The computer that initially takes your order through the drive through is odd but very effective.“

“Clean restaurant, very positive and helpful staff, and clean restrooms. Food was hot and ready. This was the third place that we stopped at when we were looking for a place to use the restroom and eat.

They won our business by having a restroom. I guess that's a short supply in El Cajon.“

“Went on July 27th at 7:30pm. Everywhere we've been that has automatic kiosks has had mediocre service, but here, we felt taken care of by the staff, only waiting 30 seconds to a minute for counter service, and the food was fresh and warm. Everyone we talked to had great attitudes. Our daughter had a spill and they replaced the drink and didn't let us feel bad about it. Thank you everyone for being amazing! We'll be back.“
