What is crazy about this Starbucks is that its the last one for about a hundred miles to the east, and there is another one in the same parking lot. So they build two in the same shopping center and then none for a hundred miles. Strange.

It seems like there's new employees every time I visit. For the most part, everyone has been nice. The experience of the baristas doesn't feel the same.

I went in yesterday about 12pm and they were slammed. Apparently they had over 30 mobile orders come in at once. My drinks came out late but I completely understood. They were short staffed but had some reinforcements come in to help. The team worked really hard to get everyone their orders. Some people got mad and wanted a refund. The baristas showed grace under pressure and did an amazing job.

Far and in between they will get order right. We always order the same drinks and they mess it up. Very nice staff..friendly. we have approached many times to staff of not getting light ice on order on drink. They fill up with ice. Ugh! I guess they just don't read directions of order. They certainly must not get trained correctly. My friend gets espressos frapps and is wrong many times. Guess we will have to try Albertsons inside. We are not complainers just need them to be more aware.
