I don’t know if new management or they’re just going broke but the sandwich size has decreased significantly and the toppings have become more and more scarce. Asked for lots of olives and got 8 before asking them to correct it. Second time ordering here that I had the same issues but gave them a shot. I won’t be going back to this location.

I’ve been here a couple different times over the past month or so and everytime it’s been atleast a 20 minute wait to order my sandwich. It’s not the workers fault it’s just the fact that they only have one worker everytime that’s trying to do everything.

So I came in and ordered the large Philly with Pepper Jack cheese! Toasted perfectly! I strongly recommend all the veggies and the Chipotle mayo! Salt /Pepper5 Stars all day long!

Food is good. They now slice there own fresh meat. Staff is great and helpful. They are very busy from 11:30 TO 1:30. YOU WILL HAVE ALONG WAIT . SO BE PREPARED.

Placed an order through the app, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. They were busy when I got there, so they ignored me for awhile, then made my order after everyone else, 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. But my biggest complaint is that I paid extra for sliced avocado, and found out when I got home it wasn't in the sandwiches. Not worth the gas to go back for a refund. Very skimpy on the rest of the ingredients too.

We ordered multiple sandwiches for 2 nearby events. We stopped in to order the night before each. Dominique helped us, and was a delight! So personable and helpful. She wasn't there for the first days pick up. There were a couple glitches for that pick up, the order wasn't ready, they weren't picking up the phone, then gave us a ball of napkins out of the dispenser, verses a stack we could sit next to the sandwiches and no forks to use in the vegetables we ordered on the side. BUT we still came in to order 3x the amount for the 2nd days order, and Dominique fixed all that for the 2nd day pick up. Perfect!! She made everything easy.

Personally I was not impressed by the presentation or Customer service offered at this location. Staff didn't seam to want to help me and made me feel like I was asking them to do chores. Staff was not wearing a face mask or requiring guests to do so during a mandate period too. Sandwich was good. Won't be coming back.
