I don’t know if new management or they’re just going broke but the sandwich size has decreased significantly and the toppings have become more and more scarce. Asked for lots of olives and got 8 before asking them to correct it. Second time ordering here that I had the same issues but gave them a shot. I won’t be going back to this location.
We ordered multiple sandwiches for 2 nearby events. We stopped in to order the night before each. Dominique helped us, and was a delight! So personable and helpful. She wasn't there for the first days pick up. There were a couple glitches for that pick up, the order wasn't ready, they weren't picking up the phone, then gave us a ball of napkins out of the dispenser, verses a stack we could sit next to the sandwiches and no forks to use in the vegetables we ordered...
Personally I was not impressed by the presentation or Customer service offered at this location. Staff didn't seam to want to help me and made me feel like I was asking them to do chores. Staff was not wearing a face mask or requiring guests to do so during a mandate period too. Sandwich was good. Won't be coming back.
