This place is a hidden gem. Came in on 3/17/24. I got on Yelp, and nothing was catching my attention. I drove down and turned my head and got the name and checked reviews and description of the restaurant on Yelp. Wow, it's a good tasty Mediterranean spot in Ontario. I recommend you give It a try. Don't go based on people's negative reviews, I sure didn't. The place is small but cozy and clean. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.

No restaurant is perfect but common the food is amazing. A lot of misleading reviews and ups and downs. However the food is exceptional I would still recommend. To Zacky: listen to get reviews and your customers. I personally want this business to last decades. Hope the best for you and keep up the amazing cooking. Food is delicious.

Really good fresh food, never heavy I really enjoy med food and this definitely does the job for me.
The food used to be amazing and the previous workers here were very friendly. I had been going here for many years.However, I recently went in and now they have this extremely rude woman working there who had a bad attitude towards the customers. She charged my friend for a full combo that included a drink and told him that the combo did not include a drink only for him to pay for one.The food quality also went down. The beef and lamb shawarma used to be so fresh and tasted delicious. Now it's not so good and more pungent if you will.Needless to say unless they go back to their old ways and fire this horrible person, I won't be returning there.

Ordered over the phone as recommended by previous visits to allow for cook time. Customer service on the phone wasn't very nice and welcoming but remembered to order early as recommended. Apparently ordering an order over $50 means i have to prepay over the phone and with prepaying that means using a credit card which means now i am getting charged an extra surcharge for using my credit card that i had no choice to use because i was told to always call my order ahead of time and must prepay. Keep this tip in mind for anyone who wants to preorder from them.

The chicken and beef kabobs were ordered along with rice and sides. The chicken wasn't bad. The rest was absolutely disgusting. I love Mediterranean food but this was incredibly disappointing. The beef was dried and tasted like jerky. The rice was soggy, mushy and had no flavor. Rice A Roni would have been better. Yes that bad. The dolma had no spices. The tabouleh was passable. I support local business but I will never come back to this place.

Food is ok I was disappointed with this location. For authentic Mediterranean cooks I would expect better flavor and fresher ingredients. The dishes are simple to prepare if they are done well. I give them an extra star because the owners from Jerusalem. The restaurant is very small and they are not very welcoming it's almost as if they want you to just buy and leave there's no public restrooms. I won't be returning.

I was today years old when I tried my very first Falafel and I'm not sure what the pinnacle of Falafels are but if they are anything as good as they are here at Zaky Mediterranean Grill then boy are you in for a treat, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. A definite must try!!

Very frustrated as I placed an order through Yelp for pick up. The order was confirmed and an ETA provided. When I get to this place there was another person waiting for an order. As I patiently waited to be serviced a rude cashier just stares at me with a questioning look. I tell her I'm here for a pick-up order. She asked through what provider...I tell her Yelp. She says " Nah, we don't do Yelp!" So I tell her and show her the confirmation. Again, she tells me there is no order. Anyway, I had to contact support and get a refund. Waste of time!
