As a dle8very driver our lunches are crucial. Usually Mcd is the right choice, but twice in one week. I've gotten spit in my burger and when I returned it, they brave me the exact same thing back and told me I was wrong. Just today I was in the bathroom and I hear my name, I go up and they just let my food sit for 5 mins while I just watched people walk past it in the kitchen. Terrible service

My granddaughter loved it! It's our favorite neighborhood place. Only negative is, give the teens looking for summer jobs grace! My granddaughter applied for a job, went fir tge interview, arrived with exactly 8 min before interview, stood in the line to let personnel know she was there for interview & was told that while she was in line waiting to let them know she was there for an interview the manager left because she consider it being late! Really??

I wanted to give this review more about the customer service the young man that handed my family our food was very nice and he listened to us asking for another bag and he was right in top of it and had a very warm smile and Avery Pleasant attitude. Which in my book goes a long way and makes the food taste better because of that TLC, which was given. I really appreciate the good old-fashioned customer service I experienced that day.

Ordered a vanilla latte through the app and when I went to pick it up I was handed an iced coffee. I let them know of the error and was simply told, it said iced and grabbed it and took it back without apologizing. After waiting a while for the fix I asked how much longer to then be told the machine was down so that’s why I received an iced coffee. At that point I asked for a refund and now the machine suddenly was working. Was finally given my coffee and an apology.

The sticker on my coffee I received and my receipt did not state I ordered an iced coffee.
