The worst service my husband ever received from Panda Express. They close at 9 p.m. my husband arrived ten minutes early before closing last night May 3, 2025, just for a plate of orange chicken and chowmain for my kids. The girl who was working there told my husband that she couldn't help him because they didn't have any more orange chicken, but they still had some she just didn't want to take his orden. We've come other times late and they've served us. The girl was very rude. Is sad that because of workers like her they lose customers.

The short Asian woman in the restaurant was very rude. After I finished my meal, I went to the bathroom and asked her for the password. She reluctantly told me a fake password. I tried many times but couldn't open the door. Finally, it was someone in another bathroom who opened the door. Be careful with rude short Asian women.

Writing this review before an important luncheon tomorrow with multiple clients. I placed my order online and received a call almost immediately making sure that everything was okay. Milton (sorry if I spelled it wrong) the General Manager called me to confirm my order and make sure it was the way we needed it. That attention to detail made me write this review. His professionalism gave me the assurance that we will definitely use them in the future. In summary, if you have an event that you need a large order for, rest assured that they will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need. Excellent customer service experience even before receiving the delivery.

I only come lunchtime but the manager looks like he’s doing a good job. Place is clean. Service is usually quick (yes sometimes it’s slow. It’s panda). Food is good (it’s panda, almost all are good). Specifically, chow mein noodles are not over cooked (that is one variation I’ve noticed). Parking is good. Only complaint is when it’s empty it can be cold - even in summer. But that is common at pandas not at malls. Probably bc the cool works over a jet engine

Walked in with no one there and instead of being helped they began to work on a large online order. In the online order they gave large portions of food to the 6+ plates being ordered. When I ordered my food they gave me very small portions due to the (now) lack of food. When I asked about getting the same as the online order they told me that they give “exactly 7 pieces to each customer” which was obviously significantly smaller than the online orders. Then I had to wait for them to complete another order for a woman who walked in to pick up her online order and wanted explications about the application as my food sat there getting cold. No apologies for making me wait another 20 minutes to be served while prioritizing customers who weren’t there yet. I was visibly upset, and I apologize to the woman at check out who had to deal with me after asking for a donation for an overpriced meal. At the end of the day this place did not serve fast, cheap, or good food and did not offer any apologies for it. Try going to literally any other Panda, it’ll be a better experience.
