I went there today Nov. 5th. made an online order at 5:05. arrived at 5:45 was told 5 more minutes. That later was added to 10 minutes. I received my pizza at 6:45. This would have been fine but I was missing two pizza when I asked how much longer was 3-4 minutes. As I was walking out A man wearing a blue shirt said we didn't expect this many people Prime pizza doesn't like us. I only came to support a fundraiser not to receive free pizza.

Incredible. Get the Sicilian style. It was so good I went back twice in the same weekend. No shame.

I heard great things about this spot, so I decided to give it a try on Saturday afternoon. We ordered a pie, took our number, and sat down outside. The vibe outside was nice with families and couples having a good time but not crazy loud or anything.

The pizza was great. Fresh ingredients, well baked, served hot. The garlic knots were volcanic hot, but they were delicious as well.

My biggest issue was that they forgot about our order, and we sat for almost an hour waiting. Several tables were served before us, and all we ordered was a pepperoni round pie with an order of garlic knots. One guy did come out, explained that there was a communication problem, and did give us a salad and some cookies. We appreciated the gesture, but it took them a loooong time to figure out the issue and start our order.

I'd like to try it again. The pizza itself was very good, but if they're disorganized, I wouldn't want to waste my time.

Great outdoor seating. Bunch of benches on a concrete slap with flexible shade cover. Of all the ones I'd been - Culver, Burbank, Little Tokyo, this one has the largest parking of 9 spaces + 1 handy! Same for the overall patio seating space. This location is much much quieter than the other roadside seatings. I always lean toward the thick square pie. Not disappointed but had to say the Burbank location is saucier. The meat lover I had was spotty with sauce, at least for this visit. Nonetheless it is still excellent. It's not cheap at 2-3x + nationally chain prices. Occasional visit and savor the moment is what I could do. Stick with bread and pizza.

The food is super overpriced for stale pizza that flies land on as they keep the pizza on display and keep the doors open. Ew! I tried the regular pizza and the square. The slices are DRY and rubbery and the squares are pretty greasy to the point its goes thru the box. They never have parking so most are forced to double park and risk being blocked in or park on the street and disturb the neighbors. I live across the street and every day my home is blocked or my trash cans are moved and not picked up because their patrons block peoples driveways and they don't allow their customers to fill up their lot. The straw that broke the camels back is the disrespect they show their residential neighbors. They have a quiet sign but play loud music the entire day. Doesn't make much sense. I and many on yelp think the pizza isn't worth the price, hype, or inconvenience. Bring back patticakes PLEASE!

Parking: It is a nightmare!

I hear the pizza is good, however their online ordering service, ‘Toast’ is horrid. They charged my card before even confirming the ApplePay order was successful. When I called Prime Pizza, then had no record of the order, they said they would call back, but didn’t. No pizza is worth this hassle….now I have to dispute the charge and order from another pizza place. Good luck Prime….
