Pizzas there are good, not sure how it compares locally but for someone from Boston, this is good. Got the vodka, summer tomato (seasonal), and Sicilian. For 2 people it was a lot of pizza and it's good that they have a half and half option. I'd utilize it to get 2 different pizzas for the size of 1. Prices are pretty good for the quality of ingredients used. Ask for the pouches of cheese and pepper flakes. Just know their pepper flakes are actually spicy so their spicy pepperoni pizza is real spicy.

Prime Pizza is hands down the best pizza joint in the Pasadena area! Delicious, consistent, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the place is very well-run. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you’re craving pizza, this is the spot you can always count on.

The pizza — and especially the chicken parm sub — is absolutely delicious! My only complaint is the number of flies both inside and outside. Keeping the door closed more often and maintaining the trash bins could really help improve the dining experience

Beer, pizza by the slice, wings, garlic knots... what else would you want! Oh, and dog friendly on the patio, which is where the seating is primarily. They even have a loyalty rewards system that gives you benefits quickly. Love this place!

Horrible. Made an 80 year old and 2 year wait 1 hour and 30 mins after lying to us that it was 30 mins. Plus the shrooms are salty. You lost customers for life.

Prime Pizza Altadena is my favorite location. Besides having great pizza, you are also supporting the community as well. Location is small so parking can fill up quick. Plan B can be parking in the neighborhood across the street. Pro tip: Order by the slice if you like your crust crispy. 😉

I've been coming to this location weekly since they opened. They do a killer pizza when they do it right but the issue is that is only 25% of the time it seems lately. There consistency is really lacking and each time I go I don't know what to expect. Maybe its too much turnover or they are too busy. Its just hard to pay $40 for a pizza and be disappointed over and over and the only thing keeping you coming back is for how they used to be. Maybe I need to try another location or find a new pizza place.. it just sucks to see this place really go downhill.

I went there today Nov. 5th. made an online order at 5:05. arrived at 5:45 was told 5 more minutes. That later was added to 10 minutes. I received my pizza at 6:45. This would have been fine but I was missing two pizza when I asked how much longer was 3-4 minutes. As I was walking out A man wearing a blue shirt said we didn't expect this many people Prime pizza doesn't like us. I only came to support a fundraiser not to receive free pizza.
