Great outdoor seating. Bunch of benches on a concrete slap with flexible shade cover. Of all the ones I'd been - Culver, Burbank, Little Tokyo, this one has the largest parking of 9 spaces + 1 handy! Same for the overall patio seating space. This location is much much quieter than the other roadside seatings. I always lean toward the thick square pie. Not disappointed but had to say the Burbank location is saucier. The meat lover I had was spotty with sauce, at least...
