The girls here always take forever to make an order since they're always gossiping. What makes it more annoying is that they mark the mobile order ready when they haven't even started preparing it.

My awarding of four stars was done sometime ago. It sure wasn't a four-star experience this time. They had three employees there, two of whom were futsing around with one of the drink machines while the remaining employee tried her best to take care of everyone standing in line for sandwiches. She was rushing and rushing to try to keep the line moving, but it really was too much for one person to be expected to do. Finally, just as I got to the counter, one of the other two employees came to the sandwich counter to help. The worst thing, though, was the temperature. The restaurant was extremely hot and despite fans turning up on the very high ceiling, there was virtually no air movement. The thermostat on the wall showed 89°. It was a very uncomfortable environment for everyone, but especially the employees who were rushing around in that heat.

I hardly ever give bad reviews, but this one is terrible, how can you not read directions, light mayo/mustard with emphasis on LIGHT, what I got was a gloppy, runny mess of a sub, and Im not about to make another trip, get it together guys,

I had a really great sandwich at this place the time I stopped in. The fellow who took my order and made my sandwich was friendly and polite and he did a real good job. I've been having to come work in the area so I'm going to be here more often.

So I ordered a mobile order on accident at this store and when I tried to call to cancel because I live in Bakersfield and this location is in Altadena they did not answer my call and to top it off when they answered they left the phone just laying there while I herd them moving around they didn’t say hi please hold. Nothing to at least say we are busy. So I hung up and called again but this time they disconnected their phone so it went straight to voicemail which was not setup. This to me is unprofessional for a business to not answer or even tell me they have to put me on hold instead they disconnected their phone. so far I have not been able to cancel. So for anyone trying to contact this store don’t try they won’t answer and they will disconnect their phone anyways. If I could I would give them zero stars

The employees have attitude and if you dine in and have no restrooms how can that be possible. I couldn't even wash my hands.
