HORID DONT GO!!! I only rated food & service cause nothing less than 1. Had to get up to refill coffee, water & napkins myself. 3 working waitresses & half full restaurant yet no one cared to noticed cause too busy in own drama. Burger I spit out before chewed 1st bite then went into allergic reaction & needed epipen cause they cook all deep fried in same oil as fish. I told them if problem & could barely breathe but I still had to pay full. DONT GO!!! The people there don’t care!!!

Can't say enough about the ol Wagon Wheel restaurant in Alturas. We pass through here every year or so and always stop for breakfast. Same employees greet us with smiles, and the locals are always curious. I believe the same group of old men are always at their same table.The food is good for the price as I'd never be able to get that good of biscuits and grave for that price. Large helpings and hot coffee. Kid loves their hot chocolate.Vegetarian options: Lots of breakfast options without meat.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu, lots of optionsParking: Easy to fund a spot to park.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor with easy access to move around.
