Was in Alturas for work and Hoang came recommended by a friend. Great food, great prices, and great conversation with the staff. They even shared some cooking tips with me. Will definitely be back next time I'm out that way.

Want good Chinese food? Check this place out. Locals do swarm the place so expect a small wait. They have books to read if you are interested. Great staff. I'm glad I stumbled onto this Gem.
