Great new spot in American Canyon. You can tell the food is high quality. Had the poke plate with tuna and it tasted so fresh and good. The service was really good and I met the owner and he's super nice
Tried this place finally and got the traditional poke, all salmon, with mixed greens and a Thai tea. I came during lunch hour and ate inside. It took maybe 10-15 minutes for my food to get to me. The cashier/server was very friendly and attentive! The salmon was good sized pieces but it could have used a bit more sauce but overall was okay. The ambience is modern and very clean inside. I would return back to try the bonito poke.

The food is SO GOOOOOD!!! I am from Aeia, Oahu and their traditional spicy tuna reminds me so much of home!!! I have also convinced my co-workers to get their lunches from here!!! My daughter is a Spam musubi child and won't eat it from anywhere else now!!! My Sissy is a Spam Musubi girl, too!!!
