Round Table Pizza

The worst service of my life was told 15 minutes waited for two hours still not ready. If you guys want round table restaurant my be go some where else for better service

Disgusting. So dirty. Broken tables. Flys flying in the vegetables at the salad bar. I was there foe a party otherwise I would have just walked out.

Most Round tables put loads of toppings on the gourmet veggie pizza I always order but this time the toppings were sparse and the crust was undercooked. Must of had a new chef because usually their pizzas are the best!

This Roundtable has the worst staff. We stayed in Napa and went here two days in a row as after all our festivities traveling, we were tired and this was close to our hotel. We tipped a lot both times and didn’t make any fuss. We had reservations at a restaurant that would have charged us 200.00 easily but cancelled as this was convenient. However, we would’ve been happily ready to pay the extra cost for really good service as opposed to this. We asked politely for cutlery for our salads and without a word, the cashier handed it to me as if it was inconvenient. The female worker behind the counter making the pizza was staring at us and I mean death stare to see who would break first. I had my daughter with me and I just am not going to participate in that behavior. “Grow up.” She had a scowl on her face the entire time, like we shouldn’t be there. They close at 11, and we arrived at 8:50pm and there were only two other guests that arrived during this time. They were not busy. The cashier could not be bothered. This was horrible service and whomever is in charge needs to re- staff your store. I get not being able to staff well because of potentially low wages but In short your employees were entitled and rude both nights. That’s why I posted this tonight after the first night experience.

We spent almost $200 and they still tried to charge for a side of ranch to dip the pizza. Very petty and unnecessary and lacking in customer service.

Went here due to our church's fundraiser, talked to a SUPER sweet person on the phone. Pizza was ready on time, counter person was VERY nice and the pie was delicious as well!!

I ordered a gluten-free pizza for pickup. When my husband arrived to pick up both pizzas (1 gluten-free, 1 not). While my husband was on his way to pick them up (ready in 10 mins) I got a phone call from someone that said they didn't have the gluten-free crust EVEN THOUGH ITS AN OPTION ON THE MENU. Not only was it an inconvenience, but I ended up with no dinner.

Came for the lunch special, which included a drink, 1 topping personal pizza, and one trip salad bar. There are lots of fresh veggies at the salad bar. The beverage bar was functional with multiple options. Hand sanitizers and napkins are readily available for use. Lots of clean tables are available for seating. There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot. Clean bathrooms available. Side room available for parties and / or large groups. Would go again. Beware of nats flying around.
