Best tacos I’ve ever had locally. It’s been hard finding a good taco truck in my area but I’m glad I found this place. Great people running it, great food being served. I love it.

Girl the window taking her order, I think her name was Cindy, so friendly and sweet. I have a pet peeve about this type of food. I try the meat alone first and see if it's seasoned well, and for sure was!
This is my now go to in American Canyon
I don't know why but it seemed like the person taking my order was kind of mad at me. That part gave like four-star service. I don't know what I did to her.
I ordered the Birria Carne Asada Fries, and got it. It tasted really creamy and meaty but felt like it just needed a little bit of salt to make the whole thing because the creaminess took over the rest of the flavor the salsa didn't really do much for the saltiness, though that's fine.
