I ordered a gluten-free pizza for pickup. When my husband arrived to pick up both pizzas (1 gluten-free, 1 not). While my husband was on his way to pick them up (ready in 10 mins) I got a phone call from someone that said they didn't have the gluten-free crust EVEN THOUGH ITS AN OPTION ON THE MENU. Not only was it an inconvenience, but I ended up with no dinner.

Came for the lunch special, which included a drink, 1 topping personal pizza, and one trip salad bar. There are lots of fresh veggies at the salad bar. The beverage bar was functional with multiple options. Hand sanitizers and napkins are readily available for use. Lots of clean tables are available for seating. There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot. Clean bathrooms available. Side room available for parties and / or large groups. Would go again. Beware of nats flying around.

Me and my Fam just finished eating the pizza we ordered today (1/13) and I am beyond satisfied. The pizza was delicious and I could taste all the toppings. Was quoted about 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready and it was ready in about 15. The young boy and girl in the front were so polite and kind, fulfilling all my requests and answering all the questions I had while ordering and waiting for my food to be ready. They offered me cheese and pepper packets which I would have forgotten to ask for if they hadn't brought it up . Overall I had a great experience here and will definitely be back. Honestly I have never been to a place with great customer service and great food until now. Thank you to the staff working at this Round Table for providing me with a great experience.

Today's service here in American Canyon is horrible. I am so mad. My legs are shaking right now there was no salad. I asked the young man can he please bring some more salad out and it took over 15 minutes for him to get some more lettuce the whole salad bar needed to be replenished and I love their salad bar. It's always good but today was horrible. The service from the young man was horrible. He would not open his mouth and speak. I had to ask him. Did he have an attitude because he was rude and he made me wait over 15 minutes. They made my pizza the whole time that I waited for salad lettuce, I'm very upset. Very very upset.

I had food poisoning and went to the Dr and they said I had food poisoning. I told the manager he said they couldn't help me because nobody else got sick. Please be careful eating here. They have poor food handling. *

have the worst experience with this franchise branch in American Canyon. First of all i always like gourmet chicken from round table and live the selection of veggie salad. But i am so disappointed today when i brought some friends to eat. we were told that we cannot eat take take home salad in the restaurant. the kids dropped one if the fork for salad and were not given another fork because we were told we are not suppose to share the salad with the children and uf we want more salad we have to oder one for the kids. The pizza was overcooked.We add spinach and chicken topping but we barely see the spinach and chicken. the pizza were too salty. Gourmet personal pan pizza was also overcooked. i soent more than $75.00 and will not comeback ever. Cashier is not polite and accommodating.
Round Table is expensive, chilly in the restaurant & nothing like the "old days" to gather & enjoy. They are very stingy on the items on the pizza ? & it shows. They must have it down to a science?

Came here last night all those kids that work there are rude especially the guy with glasses. Train your employees good customer service! And pizza was made so poorly. Never coming back!

My family and I are visiting the area. We decided to walk over from the hotel next door. We were not greeted as we entered. The young girl at the counter wearing the mask, was so unfriendly. We didn't know what to order as there was no menu posted. We had to ask for a menu. She stood there looking at us like we were WASTING HER TIME! When we finally ordered, she turned away & another young lady asked us about drinks & handed us our cups. She was a little nicer. My son had to ask "mask girl for plates for our salad. She was very rude to him. We bussed our own table, but when I asked "mask girl" where I could place my dirty cup, she just pointed to the counter top. Never said a word. I realize they are young, but "customers " are your bread & butter. I found it funny, the tip cup on the counter stated " there is a party in here & your tip is invited ". I wouldn't go to your party & neither will my tip! Your crappy attitude doesn't deserve a tip. My TIP is for your counter staff to get a much friendlier attitude, especially "MASK GIRL " She needs to take out the trash so she has no contact with people. GOOD LUCK ....Food was okay.

This particular Round Table needs to train their employee's the art of customer service. ALSO PLEASE REFURBISH your restaurant. We love pizza, but we're NOT going to deal with terrible customer service.. A smile can go a long way.

Order a pizza online tonight 5/28/2023 promise time 5:42pm order # 5009. Showed up just within the 80 minute wait time but as has happened TWO OTHER TIMES. The creamy garlic sauce we had requested instead of the red sauce was somehow over looked. Seems to be a thing at this round table just to not pay attention then when you call and ask for what you ordered they tell you it will be at least 60 minute wait. I ask for a discount told 15% best they can do on our next order. Not sure there will ever be a next order. For the price your charging your employees need to pay attention and get the orders correct. 3 strikes your out round table. At least MOUNTIAN MIKES down the street has got my orders correct!!!
