Music a bit on the loud side, which some very obnoxious sorts use to talk louder on their phones, and before it was warm and lovely outside, they were kicking up their A/C to a chilly feel!But to their good when mentioned to staff, they suggested just let them know, they'll adjust. Okkkkkkay. LoL GOOD COFFEE!!!

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times since I’ve moved to American Canyon. Each time the drinks taste off and the food over heated. I figured it must have just been those two days but each day has been the same, mid service and bad quality food and drinks. The Starbucks in Napa is much better, don’t waste your time with this one.
Great food, but rude and catty town politics!! I went in to support them during all the protesting, only to sit down to my meal with my elderly mother and a barista called me something extremely inappropriate. As someone who had a severe mental breakdown YEARS ago and not even in this town, I was disgusted to hear a barista instead call me a hit man! You should be ashamed of yourselves! This town is partly why I had no support system during my mental breakdown, aswell along with I WOULD NEVER HAVE HAD ONE IF THE TOWN WEREN'T TOXIC ALREADY!!!I am requesting a public and formal apology from Starbucks American Canyon for the employees engaging in a LOUD, PUBLIC and DAMAGING act against me for calling me a hit man while I was peacefully engaging in being a customer with this location!!! Other customers were around! Have you no shame?!? I will file a Cease and Desist order against your restaurant if your employees think it is okay to willfully gossip about someone (me) who previously had a mental breakdown and somehow twist the narrative into me being a hit man when I previously tried to simply take my own life AFTER MY FATHER PASSED AWAY FROM END STAGE COLON CANCER!!!

I walked over to get coffee last night and arrived 30+ minutes prior to closing and door was looked. The waves at the multiple employees inside and they signaled drive thru. I have never in 15+ years had this happen unless there was signage showing why the lobby was closed early. There is nothing on hours of operation at facility or google showing lobby closes at earlier hours then posted. I could have overlooked this if say I was trying to walk in 5 minutes before close but more then 30 minutes for no reason is bad customer service.
