Starbucks

Came in right now 12:50 pm on 3/29 never have I ever been told I could not get water without purchasing a food item. I go to Starbucks daily for my coffees and about every other day for just water cups WITHOUT ordering anything else and today I asked for 2 water cups and the man in the drive through said “ you have to buy something for free water man your ridiculous “ whoever that man is has never helped me until today because that is something I have done and tons of other people have done for years. I use to work at Starbucks in my hometown in so cal and we give free water all the time that was never a rule.

Don’t get the decafe from machine. It’s like weak tea.

The cutest thing today! She drew my dog on the pup cup and it made our day! Thank you! I take my dog Elsa for our coffee and pup cups here often and they are always so kind!

Had me waiting in line only to say they couldn't take my order because they had just gotten a big order and laughed about it like come on now how long would it have taken to make one latte 👎🏻

Its 8:25, says closes at 8:30doors locked and employees ignoring me.

This store is unprofessional. Closing on a whim, midday, during their scheduled hours. When they are clearly there and able to provide their service.

Music a bit on the loud side, which some very obnoxious sorts use to talk louder on their phones, and before it was warm and lovely outside, they were kicking up their A/C to a chilly feel!But to their good when mentioned to staff, they suggested just let them know, they'll adjust. Okkkkkkay. LoL GOOD COFFEE!!!

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times since I’ve moved to American Canyon. Each time the drinks taste off and the food over heated. I figured it must have just been those two days but each day has been the same, mid service and bad quality food and drinks. The Starbucks in Napa is much better, don’t waste your time with this one.
