They skimp so much on the wraps and sandwiches. It is literally a 1/3 of what's advertised. They didn't use to be this stingy. Better off going to a real deli. The only thing thats good is the cleaniless of the place and the staff. And they forgot to add the avocados that I was charged for. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been working here for almost 3 years and I can assure you that the OWNER of this franchise place, an Indian woman named Surinder Sekhon and her husband Raghi, IS NOT a fair company and is definitely not a good company. They don't value a person or a "truly good employee." When I started working here, I noticed that they were not following ALL LABOR LAWS and they weren't even paying me for ALL the hours I worked. They treated me badly and Surinder and her husband do not value a good person and see "US" as perhaps their "servants". That's how bad they are. During the time I worked here, there were two instances where a representative from the Solano County Food Department came here to ask where the owner was because he wanted to talk to her. The reason is that they received many complaints from customers about health and sanitation issues. That's true. The owner does not practice cleanliness at this store and at her previous store on Redwood St. Vallejo (which is now under different ownership). So, friends, I ask you to no longer support this business. It's up to you to decide if you will continue shopping here. All I can say is that I feel bad for the current employee who has worked tirelessly here for many years without getting the benefits and compensation he deserved. Thank you all for listening. ♥️

I order sweet onion teriyaki chicken TOSTED! it very cold and bread also not tosted! Plus they put a sauce that tasted fruity like strawberry, when I never order it! It’s also like that when I order DoorDash ! Just because we are not in person to order and not seeing what they are putting! They don’t care what order we get or if it’s correct. They don’t verified with us if this what we want! And no matter if they tosted . They only do it Less than 15 seconds! I seen it done that in person…They do NOT care about customer service and getting what we want! Food is also very cold and could get people sick of getting any kind of meat. I honestly do not recommend going to this subway because it’s the same thing ordering in doordash! Very not happy!!!

They seem to be having some structural issues within the place. It's getting fixed,but there's no seating at the moment.The service is FIRST rate. The evening staff all recognize me and give me exactly what I ask.I'm disappointed they got rid of the sweet onion sauce without teriyaki. Bring that back
