They take forever!! The employees half the time will ignore you. When I place a mobile order, it's almost never ready. I'll wait 20 mins. Go in, not ready and there's no customers in the store even. On top of that I'll stand at the counter for 5 mins before they acknowledge me. Its crazy

Dont eat in. why does it take almost an hour for a cantina chicken wrap and cinnamon twist. And when you finally get your order, it's wrong. Employees need to get retrained .
Cashier Lucia has no Energy, not even smiling and no thank you to the guest. She should not be in front. Service was tooooooo slow it took 10mins for just 1 nachos. Older lady was on the phone while 4 guest was waiting!

This place is just not it, most of the workers do not speak English in consequence they have you waiting and waiting when you need something… food is ok but chalupas were cold and fries were soggy. The last time I was there I asked to talk to the manager because I wanted a refund on an order wrongly made plus missing items and although she was there at that time she didn’t came out… atp don’t visit that place.
