I worked there before Lucia was there, but Angelica, an indescribable terrible human being, yelled at me why the machine where the food is cooked broke down, and told those of us who were working an illegal way to heat the food, which we were supposed to have done. , that should not be done since the food will not have the correct temperature, as a result of this I left work and she got so angry that she made them stop giving me work at Taco Bell, they never gave me nor did I receive my W2 no I have been able to file my taxes, I try to contact them and they do not respond, and since I had direct deposit, they never gave me check stubs. I didn't last long working there but it was my worst experience, because Angélica is terrible. And she is a supervisor of about 7 stores. Giovanni, her boss, is just like her. They are only there for the salary, not for the love of the job, except for the clients.

I was working today and it took over 30 minutes to get a soft taco and a stacker. I'm on a time budget for lunch. They took care of drive through before in store patrons. There were 8 of us in store waiting. Then orders didn't come out in order. I watched one worker look at the screen as a mirror to fix her hair so she could look "cute". Another just walked around. The look I got when paying cash was of " Oh god..." Very rude. Heaven forbid making $20 hr. means take your time with attitude. I watched the worker place my stacker on the dirty stainless counter, no paper or wrapper. Health issues! Never again, and I will be contacting headquarters because local owners don't respond.

very slow restaurant too long waiting time always for delivery

My husband, dad and I went here today in hopes of getting a quick meal. They have no staff actually taking orders. All is done via kiosk. There was a continuous line of drive through customers that flowed through out the 45 minutes we waited for our food. Multiple people came in the door waiting for their online orders - most waiting for 45 minutes or more. People tried to find out what was going on but staff never came out to help. When we finally got our order it was not what we had ordered.
Don’t go to this Taco Bell. It sucks.

Waited over 35 minutes for order placed at the kiosk. then when got it, it was completely wrong. Meanwhile they kept doing the drive thru orders. other customers in dining had long waits up to 45 minutes plus. Never will go back.

Owner should be in this store managing day to day operations. Current staff are either incompetent or not trained properly. Straight disaster today with a multitude of wrong orders, customers not getting their order. The worst fast food experience ever.....

The lady at the counter gave me a dirty look when I asked her for our sodas. I went and sat down. A door dasher asked them if I could have my sodas. This woman doesn't deserve to work here. ALL of the orders were messed up for the whole restaurant.
