Just absolutely the worst situations always at this location. I ordered a pecan oatmilk shaken espresso which is supposed to have vanilla cream cold foam, little heavenly crunchy bits on top and beautiful flavor. When I picked it up I explained this did not look like the drink I ordered, there was no cold foam, no crunch and a lot darker in color than it should be. Instead of taking the time to acknowledge the drink was wrong I was met with arguments that it was the drink while looking at the drink clearly missing cold foam and toppings that you pay an exponential amount for a small cup of coffee. I took the drink thinking that at least it will have the pecan and oatmilk. When I took it to work it was clearly not oatmilk and not shaken at that point I took it back explaining this is not the drink again reiterating no cold foam, no crunch and tasting it no oatmilk, no pecan. The barista looked around, rolled her eyes and said I will just remake it then. I understand this location is busy and understand that she may be frustrated, overwhelmed etc. However she proceeded to talk about me right in front of me complaining that I said this was not the drink I ordered. I asked her if it was wrong to ask for the drink to be made I was met again with the worst attitude stating no, no one said anything...but I heard the gossip-I was standing right in front of her and the fact that she acknowledged my concern confirms she knows I heard her. Its a terrible feeling for someone to make you think you did something wrong when just wanting what you paid a lot of money for to be corrected. This is very rude, juvenile and disappointing behavior. Making a drink wrong is one thing, it can be fixed if needed and it happens but being met with arguing and gossip is on another level that is unacceptable.

Should have probably read the reviews before coming here. My drink was made incorrectly and there was no urgency to rectify the issue or make it right. The drive thru employee proceeded to tell me I would be charged for an add on that I was already charged for. On top of everything she didn't even know what my order was. The manager came over to issue my refund and there was no connection or interaction with me to attempt to resolve the issue. It was very disheartening seeing as though I come to this location often. I ended up filing a complaint through support but they were no help either! I will now go to Philz coffee instead

This is my new favorite Starbucks in the OC! I put in a mobile order as I exited the freeway, and it was ready as soon as I walked into Starbucks. This is excellent service and now I am gonna keep coming here!

What the hell is wrong with the employees working here on 2/3 4:30pm???? I clearly said iced latte with OATMILK!!!! you repeated my order and I just notice that you did not use oatmilk when I’m severely LACTOSE INTOLERANT!!!! you suck!!

I was the second person in line, ordered my coffee. The line behind me was long and the cashier took their orders. The people behind me all got their orders before me and I only ordered one drink. The drink was OK but the service was horrible. They need to re-train this staff.
