Only one employee was working, and we had to wait over 15 minutes in line. Several people left without being helped. Very frustrating experience — this place clearly needs better staffing.

My brother and I were confused on the sizes and your sassy long haired male barista gave us so much attitude and acted as if we were stupid for not knowing the sizes. Treat people better.
What the hell is wrong with the employees working here on 2/3 4:30pm???? I clearly said iced latte with OATMILK!!!! you repeated my order and I just notice that you did not use oatmilk when I’m severely LACTOSE INTOLERANT!!!! you suck!!

I was the second person in line, ordered my coffee. The line behind me was long and the cashier took their orders. The people behind me all got their orders before me and I only ordered one drink. The drink was OK but the service was horrible. They need to re-train this staff.

Recently I've noticed that my drinks have been tasting different not good, it taste as if the coffee beans are burnt or as if the expresso machine doesn't get cleaned out.. Very bitter taste ?

This Starbucks has knowledgeable employees. Alec is a polite and extremely professional employee. Alec was very accommodating. When one of our drinks wasn’t to our liking , Alec changed out the drink for something more tasteful. Place is clean and very relaxing. Thank you Alec. ??

Told to leave in store due to computer issue and go through drive thru. Once paid and at window told cannot give me what I ordered. $11 drink paid and not recieved!! Austin is to young to know customer service!!

What I really like about this Starbucks is the amount of different seating areas. The staff was professional and they were working quickly and efficiently. It was clean and so were the restrooms.
