“First time here. Came on a weekday at 10am and it was packed! I got sat right away and got my coffee (which was delicious!) right away. But then waited about 15 minutes for my server to come back and take my order. But once she did, my breakfast arrived quickly. It was hot, fresh, delicious and packed with flavor!

I’ll definitely be back but as a single diner, would probably sit at the counter for faster service. Yum!”

“I absolutely love the Under 500 Calorie menu! The drive through line is always busy at lunch, but worth the wait. The girls at the window...Tiana and Destinee especially...are always very courteous and helpful. PS...Bring back the Under 500 Calorie Chicken Enchiladas!!!”

“We had a great dining experience at Urban Plates in Long Beach. Mariana explained the menu choices in a very unrushed manner, and we decided on the steak. I ordered the Chimichurri grass-fed steak with balsamic brussel sprouts and herb-roasted potatoes. All of it was delicious ( and healthy too!). The deserts were absolutely killer too. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.”

“This is a solid Italian restaurant with many options. You order at the front counter, but they bring the food to you. I like their Mediterranean chicken with spaghetti squash, as it's healthier. Their chocker or eggplant parmesan are great, too.”

“Surprisingly good! My picky friend also complimented this place. The veggies were really fresh and the kidney was processed well. Dishes were seasoned perfectly. Not too heavy like a lot of other restaurants. The experience was like dining at a high-end Taiwanese restaurant in Taiwan. Though the dishes were expensive, the price includes sales tax. I will still come back due to the quality and to support the business!”

“Had a great time here! My husband and I love to come here and play pool. We shared an appetizer platter (with TONS of things on it- fried pickles, onion rings, fried macaroni, mozzarella sticks, chicken tendies) and wings,. We also enjoyed some yummy drinks. The atmosphere is lively, music is upbeat and plenty of energy (definitely on the louder side, but part of the fun!). With tons of TVs to catch the game, it’s a great spot for sports lovers and large groups looking to hang out, eat, drink, and have a good time. Definitely a fun spot for a night out!”

Geraldine is a great server and always takes excellent care of us. We also met the owner, Rosalina, who was so kind and attentive to her guests. “Ribs and chocolate cake, and sweet smashed potatoes and mac n cheese were superb. As was the tri tip salad. Service was the best. I wish I could teach ALL restaurants how to make regular mashed potatoes, especially if they aren't serving gravy. Never the less, 5 stars.”
