Tlaquepaque Restaurant is a hidden gem in old town Placentia, known for its delicious Mexican cuisine and generous portions. The quesobirria tacos are a standout dish, and the guacamole appetizer is a large portion that is a must-try. The service is consistently amazing, with attentive servers like Geri and Geraldine making diners feel at home. The restaurant's mole dishes, such as mole De casa, receive high praise, reminding many of home-cooked meals. The churros are a sweet treat, and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, creating a comedor/home-like vibe. With its excellent food and service, Tlaquepaque has become a favorite spot for many, with visitors returning multiple times a month. The food is fresh and authentic, making it a go-to destination for Mexican cuisine lovers in Orange County.
