The shrimp dumplings are to die for but the broccoli and beef was tasteless and we had to ask for some sauces to mix our own. However, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The food hall itself isn't super big, so after making a full loop we ended up heading outside to 18 Folds, the spot with lanterns hanging out front. At first I thought it was a Vietnamese restaurant, but it turned out to be more of an Asian fusion place with a little bit of everything. It was super busy, so we had to wait a bit for a table.
We were group of 5 and ordered: *Spicy Shrimp Wontons $16 *Shu Mai $15 *Shrimp Garlic Noodles $24.5 *Spicy Pork Belly Soup $14 *Ponzu Salmon Roll $15 *Hot Honey Fried Chicken Baos $32
The sushi roll was just okay, and the pork belly soup leaned salty with a broth that tasted almost like a Tom Yum base plus the pork flavor was a little strong. But the wontons, shu mai, garlic noodles, and fried chicken baos were all really tasty. Overall the food was pretty solid and service was great, too.
It might be the only Asian restaurant among other food choices in Anaheim Packing House and we were glad to give it a try.

Had a pretty horrible experience here today. My husband came in with our 4 and 2 year old. We ordered a few items from the menu. My husband ordered Dumplings, miso soup, and a sushi roll for his dinner, I ordered 2 sushi rolls and we got beef and broccoli for my kids to share. My husband got his miso soup and dumplings first. My kids and I watched him eat for about 20 minutes before 1 of my sushi rolls arrived. Then 10 minutes later I got my last sushi roll, finally about 20 minutes later my kids got their beef and broccoli. Essentially we all sat at a table where we all ate our food at different times. The siu mai dumplings were so big they looked raw inside. The dynamite shrimp roll was over salted, so was the chili crispy roll. This all just really ruined our mood and our dining experience. The manager acknowledged the food should not of taken that long and removed the beef off the bill, but the experience was already ruined. Will not be coming here again. We are a gay couple with kids and we never really know when service is terrible by accident or on purpose. Letās hope this was just carelessness.

Came here for my best friendās birthday dinner and I have to say the atmosphere was cute. I enjoyed the lantern and warm setting the place gave. I do recommend that for the indoor dining that the doors stay closed so the AC that is being used can keep the cool air inside. It was a very warm night so the whole restaurant inside wasnāt cool enough. The food we had was ok, their chicken egg rolls and garlic edamame were delicious. I have had my fair share of sushi and I prefer very fresh and delicious tasting sushi. The samurai roll, salmon crunch roll, and shrimp drunken noodles could use a little more flavor. The customer service was good. I think this place has potential it just needs a few changes. Hope with time it will improve more. :)

Visited 18 Fold Asian Fusion and had a great experience by my friends. Try their cream cheese wontons and soup dumplings, all were delicious. The service was quick and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable.
However, I felt the portions are less high prices. The location was fantastic, and the restaurant was super clean and friendly. Overall, recommend it for anyone craving Asian cuisine!

Shrimp Wonton was really good. We also ordered soup wonton and pork fried rice. It wasnt what we expected. The fried rice was shocking, on top of the fried rice was a steamed pork bone and smelled unappetizing didnt taste like anything at all but boiled pork!!! Soup wonton was okay, nothing special. 2/5 for food. āļø
Edit: had stomach ache and dia***** the next day Also forgot to mention that flies started coming around our table when fried rice was served.

Came here for a family dinner with two small children. The food was amazing; the server took his time to answer and recommend dishes, and the drinks were delicious. My grandma who does really eat anything other than Mexican really enjoyed the food. Will definitely be coming back.

Something must have been going on, short staff maybe. We waited quite a long time to order and get food. However, once it did arriveā¦.WOW! The food is excellent. So flavorful highly recommend. We had the pork dumplings, fried rice, meat mountain, shrimp garlic noodle, green beans, egg rolls. All of it was terrific. The meat mountain was the best surprise. That broth I could drink forever.
