Visited 18 Fold Asian Fusion and had a great experience. I tried the Kung Pao Chicken, the cream cheese wontons and soup dumplings, all were delicious. The service was quick and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable.

However, I felt the portions could have been bigger, especially given the high prices. The location was fantastic, and the restaurant was super clean and friendly. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I’d recommend it for anyone craving Asian cuisine!

food was pretty good but the garlic shrimp noodles lacked flavor and the sauces i ordered to spice/season it didn't really pack the kick i needed. other than that everything else was good. we had dumplings, crispy ribs, hot honey chicken with bao buns. the waiter was very polite and attentive, and we had good conversation

The restaurant itself is so pretty, and that's about everything nice I have to say about this place.

I actually liked the shu mai, but I thought $15 for 8 was a bit criminal. Then the Chinese sausage fried rice came out, and I almost cried. The visual impact was jarring. Chinese sausage is supposed to be a dark red and a little oily. These sausages were burnt black to a crisp, shriveled, and were hard and dry. It was quite heartbreaking actually because they've been my favorite since childhood. The fried rice was bland as well.

The service was slow and inattentive throughout the night as well. We were never checked up on. It took ages to put our order in. And I feel like the servers were avoiding eye contact with us, so it was so difficult to get their attention for things.

Parking: It’s right next to Anaheim Packing House, so parking is difficult. Try your luck with street. I think there’s a garage somewhere too.

The food was excellent, the male server was great but our female server was out of it, she seemed intoxicated. I will recommend the place but I will suggest to the manager to pay attention to his staff.

While the vegetarian options are limited, they are sufficient to provide a filling meal. I sampled their Mango Mule drink, which was notably delicious. We also tried the garlic noodles and the spicy Szechuan noodles, both of which were quite enjoyable.

The restaurant's ambiance is modern and casual, with an open kitchen concept that allows diners to watch the chefs at work. The space is well-lit and features contemporary Asian-inspired decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both casual dinners and social gatherings.

In terms of affordability, they have reasonable prices for the quality and portion sizes of their dishes. Most entrees fall in the mid-range price point.

During our visit, the restaurant was busy and appeared to be understaffed, which resulted in slower service. However, the staff remained friendly and accommodating, willing to make dietary adjustments as needed. Despite the wait times, the quality of the food and the overall experience made the visit worthwhile.

This one's a mixed bag for me. The food was ok...it wasn't bad but also wished it was better. About half the dishes we ordered were really good and the other half were ehh... Our server was fantastic! He did a good job answering menu questions and was very friendly. The decor was cool and relaxing. It felt like we were able to unwind.

Sad. House special chicken…Very poor quality fatty gristly meat. Sauce sad, boring, sugary.

Stopped eating after four pieces, left hungry.

Panda Express is better.

First of all, the atmosphere is incredible. The decor, the views, the open feel, and all the little touches make this place feel special.

We were greeted immediately, seated immediately, no wait for a Sunday evening. We sat down and ordered quickly as we had already reviewed the menu. The lychee iced tea is a treat. Get the pitcher, trust me.

We ordered the pork fried rice, the flavors and the surprise of pork ribs on top of the rice with meat falling off the bone was unexpected! Shrimp garlic noodles were flavorful, the sous vide egg elevates the dish for sure.

We ordered 2 of the soup dumpling, fresh, handmade, served in bamboo steamers and 3 dipping sauces. Fantastic, get those!

And our servers and service were timely, prompt, and attentive. 5/5 will definitely be back again!

Our meal was delicious…when it arrived. We sat for about 30 minutes and wondered where our drinks and food were. When we asked staff they were gracious and remedied the situation quickly. Turns out the tablets used for taking our order had not connected to the kitchen. The kitchen quickly and deliciously prepared our order. It was well worth the wait! To our surprise, a significant portion of the bill was removed even after we expressed we’d be happy to pay the entire bill. The kitchen manager sent an extra order of shu mai too. All I can say is we will return. Our compliments to the chef and friendly staff.
