I do not like that the restaurant did not update their hours or put a notice for today's event.

Underwhelmed. Garlic noodles mushy. Shrimp wontons bland. Meat mountain overdone. The broth was delicious though. Strawberry cucumber lemonade was excessively sweet, I may be a diabetic now.

The food was great. I had the egg rolls, meat mountain, dim sum and chives, and the hot honey fried chicken bao. The price point is a little high but if you don't want Chinese fusion food that doesn't put you in a food coma, I feel it's fair. Nothing I had was dosed in oil. Few notes:- the spicy wasn't crazy, just a "zing" , then again this is coming from someone who eats chili and Saracha religiously.- if you like garlic, this is the place- the crunch on the food is A+Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp

Don’t be fooled by the colorful lanterns that lure you in. This place was really disappointing. We ordered the Steamer Party Platter. The spicy shrimp wontons were really sweet for my liking and tasted too much like star anise seeds. Everything else in the platter was decent. The garlic noodles were good but arrived luke warm which took away from the enjoyment. The hot honey fried chicken was nice and crispy but were too sweet even for being honey flavored. The flavor was anticlimactic. Sriracha Mayo was underwhelming having a strong Mayo taste. Overall we felt dissatisfied with the service (hardly checked on), not sure if they were understaffed. Would not return. Nothing wowed us.

Food is mostly great, but service is inconsistent. Most recently our shrimp wontons came out at room temp, and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. Would recommend garlic green and shrimp wontons.

I went with a friend and we shared the steam party basket and also ordered the garlic green beans. We really enjoyed all the dumplings but the crab rangoons were our fave. The fortune cookie was DELISH... don't skip it!!Parking: Finding a parking spot is very hit or miss and mostly difficult. I recommend just doing valet.

Honestly, I should have looked at the lowest reviews first before coming here. This place is catered to white people. As a Chinese American who grew up in Hong Kong and San Francisco pretty much my whole life, this place we won’t be returning to. Things had weird flavors, their black vinegar is mixed with Worcestershire sauce. Weird. Their spicy wontons were sweet. Weird. Their soup dumplings had ZERO soup and probably came from a bag and not homemade. The skin was thick and meat was lacking in flavor and of course the SOUP!!!! I was really excited for their housemade fortune cookies but they also disappointed. They were a bright red and I didn’t feel comfortable eating them with all that red dye 40. No thanks. Service was also horrible!!! This isn’t a big place either and we were sitting around done with our food and the waitress walked by multiple times and nothing. Finally, had to flag her down for the check. All in all, you’re better off finding a hole in the wall with grandma hand making your dumplings. If you want great service, ambience and better food, Din Tai Fung is better than this place and that isn’t saying much.

So I was originally let down because they have stopped serving chicken feet and tripe but it hasn't been updated on Google. Partly my bad for not verifying before driving there to order. That being said, the young gentleman server made it as good of an experience as it could be.The house special chicken is absolute fire. The garlic flavor is layered in with jalapenos on crispy chicken with a light batter. Shrimp fried rice was equally delicious.

Had to wait a bit to get in, which was our bad. Should have made a reservation. Partner was served about 5 minutes before i was, so we had to wait until his food had started to cool before we ate. I ordered soup dumplings. When they arrived, i was excited and said “that’s me!” And the server (male) raised his voice to a falsetto in mock and continued to speak that way untim he stepped away. The soup dumplings were good, but not very “soup-y.” I was so excited to try them because i’d never had them and had been told to go to 18 folds because was better than Din Tai Fung, but when they arrived, they weren’t… soupy? They steamed coming out of the basket so they were clearly fresh, but every one had a hole out the side where i assume the soup came out. Maybe that’s normal, idk. But Again, they were delicious, and we enjoyed our food, but that was a strange experience with the server and was a bit disappointed with the soup dumplings. Everyone else was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The food was good, the lychee tea and the watermelon drink was amazing. The service was good. the waitress recommended what she thought was best so that was helpful. We didn't wait long for the food to come out but there was a 45 min wait time to be seated so I'd recommend making a reservation b/c I came on a Wednesday and there wasn't that many people but we still had to wait. They have a little gift/ shop inside with really cute things like plushies, keychains, handbags and Asian snacks. Great spot for pictures too. Definitely recommend

Had lunch with my husband and enjoyed every moment of it thanks to the wonderful staff. My only regret is I did not get the name of the gentleman who served us. We both had the Szechuan Pork Dumplings and a side of white rice — delicious. I highly recommend!!
