I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. Every time I’m in Anaheim I try to come get my breakfast burrito (potatoes, cheese, and eggs).
Last time I came here I ordered the same thing through the drive through, when I got home in Long Beach, I was very hungry and very excited to eat my burrito. I took the first bite and the burrito had meat in it. I threw away after one bite and went to sleep hungry. I wasn’t gonna drive back all the way to get the right one. I came here again tonight and explained to the none speaking English manager what had happened and he gave me an attitude and looked at me like it was my fault. Zero customer service skills.

Asked what the shrimp burrito came with. Im pretty sure he mentioned rice, i got my burrito without rice..
Wifey ordered a bean and rice burrito and added chicken. The chicken added was beyond spicy. We asked for no spicy. It seems they either misunderstood or put more spice on purpose. Wont go again.

This is the most terrible place I've ever eaten., I ordered one crispy taco with rice and beans went to the window, it looked so dirty, I mean filthy and the window was so dirty I couldn't see in, I should of left then, I got home my order wrong of course. It had two crispy tacos plus charged too much. Abound an hour later I started getting the chills and shaking like crazy ,a fever my whole stomach was killing me all around to my back. I couldn't sleep, my daughter in law whose a nurse said I have food poisoning. Next three days I couldn't eat and kept throwing up. Went to the urgent care the doctor said I have a viral infection from what I ate. Please don't eat there, a couple of grundgy looking guys hanging by their back door. DONT EAT THERE. Food poisoning is painful. They should tear this place down.

This was the worst food my husband and I have ever ate. We order the carne asada fries and plate with chile rellenos and enchilada. The fries seemed to have been old fries that had been refried. They were so hard you could barely bite through and the meat had no flavor and just didn't taste right. The rice tasted like it came from a box and the chile and enchilada were stuffed with cheddar cheese. I know Albertos isn't authentic Mexican food but this was just garbage. Please don't ever come her it was way over priced and so gross not worth it.

In my entire life ai never saw a chicken burrito with literally only chicken on it, they couldn’t even bother to cut the chicken in pieces, just plain tortillas and chicken strips inside nothing else, crazy

THEY HAVE ROACHES!!I wish I could give negative stars!! This place is C.R.A.P. olla!!! They will get your order wrong EVERY time!! They also LOVE to badmouth customers in Spanish and tripped out when we responded in Spanish! They answer the phone then instantly hang up!! If you don't order in Spanish they purposefully get your order wrong! Plenty of other places to eat!!! Don't waste your money here!

After an intense gym session, with every other place closed and my stomach singing the hymns of hunger, I stumbled into Los Albertos Mexican Food – a beacon of hope with its 24-hour service. Despite a bit of a hiccup in communication (maybe it's my post-workout brain fog or their busy schedule), the staff were super kind and the vibe was welcoming.Let’s taco ‘bout the food: lifesaving! I went for the chicken tacos, which – surprise – came adorned with lettuce and cheese. A heads-up would have been nice (just a note for the lettuce-leery and the cheese-cautious), but honestly, it was a delightful twist. The cheese and lettuce weren't just garnishes; they catapulted the tacos from plain to extraordinary, adding layers of texture and flavor that my taste buds thanked me for.I opted to sideline most of the cheese in a noble quest for healthiness, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. It actually left a hint of cheesy goodness that enhanced rather than overwhelmed. In summary, whether you’re a night owl, a fitness freak, or just someone craving good tacos at an ungodly hour, Los Albertos is a solid choice. Swing by for some seriously tasty eats that might just add a cheesy plot twist to your meal! Highly recommend – they really put the ‘feast’ in 'post-feast' workouts!

I’ve came to this place on different occasions, disappointed each time after ordering something different in hopes that it will be good. The prices need to be updated on their drive thru menu cause seeing $8.99 on the menu, then hearing $14.99 from the cashier is upsetting. The workers aren’t the friendliest either. If you want carne asada fries or a good burrito, I suggest elsewhere.

The person working at this time just looked at me and looked away when I approached the window. He didn’t greet me in any type of for, very unprofessional.
