It's a huge AaaaMyGod TeaI ordered whole milk tea w/ boba by an amazing price $8.19.As a person drink boba milk almost everyday from Taiwan to the States I swear their boba IS NOT FRESH!!!!!!!! It's not only not chewy at all, but also I bited some RAW or not well cooked boba which is hard and break pieces inside. I strongly doubt if these boba came from the refrigerator. It's very easy to tell.The tea can't help with any thing either, I don't think it worth more then $5.There is some reason why this store is not as popular as other tea place here.

This was the only place open on Christmas Day, so we stumbled in for a peach oolong milk tea, a strawberry milk tea and a taro milk tea. All three were terrible; and I asked for less ice, but that meant she gave us all three drinks only 3/4 full. It was a total waste of money as my kids wasted it.

This place looks nicer in pictures. It's a small quaint cafe.They only have one person working both cashier and preparation. It is definitely not fast. The person that took our order seemed nice. The taste was also not the best. I wouldn't recommend it. It's also very pricey. 3 drinks was 35 with 4 tip

This place was a very cute cafe but the boba was terrible. I ordered a coffee boba and my friend ordered the brown sugar tea with bona. Both of our bobas was hard. I feel that it wasn't fresh. Most bona spot a ingot to have chewy soft boba but this one was just not happening for me. I don't know if I will go again as they didn't have a lot of options and more basic but it's a cute looking spot and the person taking me order was super kind!

Two other boba spots in this plaza and we made the mistake of coming here. It's too pricey. $10 for a single milk tea with boba seems excessive. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea. The tea was decent, at best. But the boba? It was hard and tasted like it had, as another member mentioned, been over cooked or old. Total waste of money and calories.

According to the schedule they should be open, while the door is locked. The light is on but no one seems to be in there. Disappointed, as I have intentionally planned to come here.
I felt the reviews are a bit deceptive. There was only one person taking orders at the time so the drinks were made hastily and I had a drink with no ice for a while during a busy wave of people. The boba tapioca pearls have zero flavor to them and the drinks were kind of expensive. For some reason the google reviews around here are inflated, maybe because a lot of out of state people are visiting for Disneyland, and don’t have a relative comparison. Overall it was just ok, but I wouldn’t come back.
Beautiful yummy drinks. Unfortunately Gardenwalk is another fading outdoor mall.Kid-friendliness: Fun photos ops and things to look at with outdoor space to walk and play.
