Got the opportunity to stop in again and cure the craving for the garlic chicken that haunted my soul. The best part of anytime Hawaiian bbq is the convenience to walk from any of the convention center or Disney hotels and the prices are so reasonable for the flavor and amount of food you get to enjoy! After a long day of walking a garlic chicken plate and a spam musubi will fill the belly and make a happy soul! No joke the garlic chicken is crave worthy!!

pricey compared to other hawaiin bbq around the area but probably due to it's close proximity to disneyland. Food (chicken katsu) was good and comparable to Ono's. Ask for more bbq sauce if you are taking it to go.

It's very refreshing to see a restaurant in this tourist area not up-charging like other restaurants in the area. The menu is very sensible, not like a $25 burger from a breakfast place or a $30 carne asada plate from another restaurant in the area. The food is pretty good. The garlic chicken hit the spot and the rest of my family liked the meal we had. Just be aware their menu seems to change a lot compared to the recent pictures on yelp. Either way, I recommend this to any families not wanting to be ripped off for food while staying in the nearby hotels.

Chicken katsu was good. The Kalua pork was a little dry. But pretty good overall.

This isn't just about food because their food is awesome, but it's also about common decency and integrity, it's about living to a higher morale standard and just being a good person. I wish I would've gotten the name of the young lady that found my leather bag outside of this establishment and saved it, but I didn't. After 16 hours of doing Disney, we stopped by the little store there just to get some water and just sit down for a minute. I didn't realize until the next morning that I left my leather bag sitting outside the Hawaiian restaurant. It is good to know that there are still nice people in the world, thank you so much whoever you are. Sending good love and vibes island style. Aloha!

Nice girl up front but terrible plate lunches. Being from Hawaii, rice is a big part of the plate lunch. They had the nerve to serve me several days old rice that smelled old and had a yellow tinge. They even put the rock hard pieces rice in my plate, which killed it, cause i had to spit out all the dried out grains of rice. I got a Korean chicken plate and the sauce was okay but really salty. My wife got a chicken katsu and the katsu sauce was bbq sauce, more like, anytime not Hawaiian. Terrible to charge at the $17 price plate lunches. I do not recommend going here. Go McDonald's!!!

A surprising and tasty meal which came pretty close to an authentic plate lunch in my home state, Hawai'i. On previous visits to Anaheim, how I longed for sticky white rice, lol....not rice pilaf or Jasmine rice. So, prior to this trip in July of 2023, I searched Yelp for any recommendations close to my hotel. In the Grand Legacy Hotel on South Harbor Boulevard, is a small food outlet with only outdoor seating called, Anytime Hawaiian BBQ. I was greeted with "aloha" as I entered the establishment to order my dinner at the counter. Food arrived promptly which was delivered to my table outside under the umbrellas. I ordered the plate, Feast, which was enough to satisfy the two of us as we both enjoyed Teriyaki Beef, Teriyaki Chicken, Teriyaki Pork and Breaded Fried Shrimp. Served "plate lunch" style, like in Hawai'i, with two scoops of Calrose white rice topped with furikake and macaroni salad. The teriyaki flavor on all three protein items were glazed beautifully, in a soy sauce style BBQ, marinated and grilled to perfection. The macaroni salad, just like L&L BBQ in Hawai'i does it. I was impressed with the flavors, preparation, presentation, portion and, the price point. Not to mention, the warm embrace from the staff, as they tried to emulate the Aloha spirit. I would highly recommend this casual dining spot if looking for an affordable, tasty and, out-of-park meal by the Disneyland Resort. It's a great reproduction of the Hawai'i style BBQ, done well and delicious.

We've walked by Anytime Hawaiian several times on different trips to Disneyland and finally had an opportunity to try it! We ordered the spam musubi, garlic fried chicken plate, and loco moco. Everything was freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. I loved the garlic fried chicken and the mac salad that came with it. My husband mentioned that the loco moco patty was a bit tough, but otherwise, thought the flavor was great. The woman who took our order was so friendly and amicable and walked our order out to us, and we didn't have to wait long for our food! A huge plus after a long day at the parks.

I decided to try this Hawaiian spot while staying in Anaheim. We ordered takeout online and the restaurant called to ask if we'd like them to make our order right away, of course we said yes and loved that they called to offer! I ordered the Kalua pork bbq plate, it came with white rice, a huge serving of pork with cabbage and Mac salad. I thought the kalua pork was so yummy and it was a huge portion, I definitely could have split with someone else. I would definitely recommend this plate! The only downside was, I thought that I had seen on the windows that they have poke but it wasn't an option on the online menu.

Great little place near Disneyland that hits the spot! The spam musibi and spam loco moco go broke da mouth! Seating is limited, but that's not a deterrent.

Great food fresh and great portion sizes. Stopped on one last day at Disney and really thought we should have stopped sooner. Highly recommend after a day at the park. Pictured was the Teri chicken and shrimp.
