My husband was parking and dropped me off at the door because I needed to us the restroom, but they wouldn't give me the key, even after explaining that we are going to eat there, and my husband is parking the car. The guy at the register laughed at me, like I was lying to him and told the other guy who was going to help me, not to give me a key until I buy something. I have a family of 4 that planned on eating there tonight. Now we are looking for somewhere else to go because that man was so rude. You lost money on 4 meals, and all future meals my family may have purchased there. I don't even look like a shady person, or a drug addict. I just really had to pee, and was treated like I don't matter. I cannot believe somebody would be so rude. I don't know how he sleeps at night treating people so poorly.

I've been going to this location since I was a kid. Tonight I went back but pre-ordered my food. I rush there thinking I'm 15 mins away that my food would be a little cold ( understandable) But to my surprise they started to make it when I arrived. Not because they were busy but be cause hebdidnt want anything hut fresh going out the door. I don't mind waiting five mins for that.

Had lunch at Arby's. Haven't been there in a while. Food was good. Service was good. ... OMG, when did fast food get so expensive? For a regular classic Arby's sandwich, fries, and a medium drink it was just under $15.00! That seems crazy to me. Is that normal now? I think I'll continue NOT eating fast food!

New workers tried to charge me more!! Giant sign behind her head says 2 beef n cheddar for 6.99. She said to quote do u want the 2 for 9 beef n cheddar? I said no I want the price behind you. I miss the gentleman that was here before(older mexican male). Feels very scammy now! I'm sure it's a lower quality sandwich or something but wasn't presented above bar.
Also she forgot napkins and there was too much arby sauce on beef n cheddar.

The food was good, but they wouldn't allow me to use the restroom. They said it was out of order even though I had watched 2 other customers use it. I'm sure they get people who misuse it up, but I was a customer. I wouldn't return.
