False advertising. Overpriced food. Incompetent staff. No pumpkin cream cheese for the pumpkin bagels and no baked apples even when I inquired about them. Cashier didn't say they were out of the cream cheese until I asked how much the bagel was with it. If you're out of the product you should take DOWN the sign!
