A toy store for bakers. I went specifically to this store as the had brand chocolate merkens and guittard as well as the colours mill chocolate coloring. They did not disappoint.

First let me say that I think the product themselves are GREAT. I have used several of their products that were gifted to me. Because I liked their products so much and I am just starting my bakery business. I was very excited about doing business with this company so I placed my first order on July 24, 2025, it is now August 15, 2025 and I have still not received my order. I first sent an email and the email came back as undeliverable so I called and spoke with a lady who acted like she had no interest in helping me figure out where my order was. She pretty much said that’s the post offices problem not ours. I was very disappointed because I truly do like their products. Just wanted people to be aware of how my experience was with ordering online..

I used to come here regularly for baking supplies, but unfortunately, they’ve completely stopped caring about customer service. I recently spent hundreds of dollars and was sold expired food. I didn’t notice until I got home and started using the product—it had a strange smell, and when I checked the label, it was already past the expiration date.
I called and left a message—no response. I emailed and was told I’d need to call the store again and physically drive back for a possible refund. I live an hour away, and with no returned calls or real accountability, why would I waste my time?
They have my purchase history through my account and could have easily made things right, but instead they chose not to. Poor customer service and zero follow-through. They’ve lost my business—and likely others too—with their lack of professionalism and basic business etiquette.
