Very disappointed with my visit. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the overall quality of the food and experience was far below expectations. The manager was shockingly disrespectful when I raised my concerns, which made the entire situation even worse. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone who values good service or respectful treatment. Don’t go to this location because they don’t know how to treat their customers. Wait times are so long approx 2 hours.

Good spot to grab some food and recharge. Good music playing, good service, easy to get in and out. The Flatbread pizza was good, Buffalo chicken sandwich was really good, a great combo of Buffalo and ranch. Fries were nice and crunchy with a good seasoning.

I was excited to see a Ballast Point at Downtown Disney. However, the service is definitely not what I would expect from the Disneyland Resort. Our server was very attentive at first, but then never returned to take out order. Restaurant was not very busy, and many servers we standing around chatting. We finally found her and ordered our food. I had slaw on the side of my order, and the girl who brought it out dropped some of it on me. She didn't even apologize, wich was frustrating. I was able to get the sauce off my bag, thankfully. But I didn't notice that some had landed on my shorts until I went to the restroom before we left. There was now a stain on my shorts I couldn't get off. I didn't want to walk around the rest of the evening with a stain on my shorts, so I asked one of the gentleman working there if they had club soda or something I could use to get the stain our. He told me no and then walked off.
We were traveling, so I didn't have a way to launder the shorts, so now I have a stained pair of shorts.
The worst part is that they obviously didn't care. Accidents happen, but they should have at least been apologetic and tried to help in some way since they were the ones who dropped the food on me.

The service was very poor and the servers were not happy to be working with customers. This is another place that requires customers to scan a QR code to order food and drink. The 3rd party ordering program asks for gratuity at time of payment prior to ANY service or food. The employee delivers the food to the table and our experience was not good. They walk up and drop the food without any concern or support. Might as well have robots. The food was way below average at best. We had 4 dinners and each of us was not satisfied with our food we received.
Not a good experience and I do not recommend this place.

The food is not good. Our meals came out over a span of 20 minutes. So the first people to get their food had cold food by the time the rest of it came it out. The food is super processed, like the chicken tenders were no better than McNuggets. Eat somewhere else. The employees were at least nice.

A very good restaurant with a great staff! I had the fish and chips and it was a great choice, we also had the chicken wings as an appetizer and they had a great flavor and were really quick scrumptious. Our server was very friendly and quick too.

It's Disney, so the food is overpriced. The taste and quality of the food is subpar. Also had an overpriced margarita that was not that good. We went on a Sunday around 5pm and they had already ran out of grilled chicken for a salad we ordered. The service was not that great either. Our server rarely checked on us. We will not be going back.

Pretty poor pricing, quality, and overall management. It was a confusing start here with 0 communication between staff members… we had a table. We didn’t have a table. Unsure. Anyway the food was pretty underwhelming. Cool atmosphere though. Wouldn’t be back.

Tip no more than 10%, as one your food arrives, you will never see your server. I had to ask the hostess for silverware and napkins. I regretted the 20% tip I left . We sat on the bar and order through the QR code. Someone brought our food, said they were bringing napkins and silverware and never did.

Came through on a Saturday afternoon and it was a 25 minute wait for our party of 6. Overall the interaction with the downstairs hostess was really smooth and quick. She provided us updates every so often, so it didn’t feel that long at all. Once we were called up the stairs, it was smooth sailing to our brews and food.
The nachos were pretty decent albeit a bit smaller than your typical bar style nachos. The Mozz burger was on point though. I’m still not sure what it was, but it really hit the spot with the Hazy IPAs. The burger was kind of like a Sloppy Joe, wet and messy. The kid’s cheeseburger was pretty well made and the kiddo seemed to enjoy it. We opted to go with carrots and a chocolate chip cookie. Wawaweewa, that cookie was good. The kiddo went ham on that thing. I snuck a little piece and it sure was a banger.

Ballast Point Brewing in Downtown Disney is a fantastic spot! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the action, but with a laid-back vibe that makes it a great place to relax. The food and beer are both excellent, with a wide selection to choose from. Last time I was there, there was no wait, which was a pleasant surprise for such a popular area. The atmosphere is lively but not overwhelming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Whether you're a beer lover or just looking for a great meal and a chill place to hang out, this is a great choice.
