Everything about this place is on point! It’s so hard to eat out while being gluten free , & our server Sydney did an amazing job making sure our plates were not contaminated. We have a gluten allergy due to celiac, and she was on top of everything. Sydney made our dinner experience excellent, and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.
We ordered a gluten free burger and it was delicious!
If you have any allergies that restrict your diet , I recommend Ballast Point.
Make sure to ask for Sydney!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The great Ballast Point brews you love in an excellent location. I highly recommend going t the upstairs outdoor patio to escape the chaos of Disney to grab some drinks and bites.

Worst customer service I've had in a while. From front desk, to bar, and bar service. Also dirty. Walked out. Also they racist. They assumed black people only like chicken & inglewood only has African americans people in it. So hops in beer from inglewood came from african americans.

Ballast point is great because they give you great service and there is high tec QR codes to order anyways if you ever visit this place it can turn in to a lifetime experience. Just to keep in mind if you like a view this is the right place for you and food is fantastic.

Don't come here if you have food allergies. The management has instructed their staff to treat you like a leper and make you fill out an allergy "form" that looks like it was designed by a third grader. Our last two visits concluded where they were not willing to accommodate allergies and said they would rather we did not eat here at all. Come here for the drinks but be warned if you have any gluten or nut related allergies you're SOL.

Dietary restrictions: Stay away if you have dietary restrictions. The staff is instructed to make you fill out a form "for liability reasons" even though it's not a legally binding document. We had a great chef allergy card to provide but were rebuffed saying they could not accept it.

The host was super nice and we had a really good wait time but once we got upstairs everything went downhill. We were feeling rushed by our server as he came back every 2 minutes to check on us before we ordered. I think I've sat inside of a McDonald's for a longer time than the staff wanted me to sit at this restaurant. Then I tried to order their "nonalcoholic beer" and was asked for my ID, which makes no sense as it is advertised as nonalcoholic. Then I order their poke bowl and I asked for no avocado and onion. I was told they can't take out the onion, which is understandable as they cook it with the tuna, but proceeded to not take out the avocado which is not cooked with anything. Adding onto that, the quality was poor as the tuna was very squishy and the rice was undercooked. Overall, it was a poor experience.

They served a delicious selection of food and drinks. We enjoyed seafood, salads, and brews. They also had a great selection for our kids. The server was polite and professional. Look forward to seeing them again.

Why do they close at 11pm and stop seating people at 9pm. Host just sitting on her phone downstairs and tells us we're not seating people anymore!

The staff made all the difference. Our server Mike was great, quick, friendly, helpful. Food was delicious. Small menu but with enough variety that everyone found something they truly enjoyed.
