KJ!!!! You were INCREDIBLE!!! This was our first experience and we wanted to do something special for our anniversary and I'm so glad that we chose to come here! The atmosphere was energetic! The view?? I mean wow!! The food was fantastic! But overall, our waiter KJ went above and beyond to make us feel valued and special! We would come back, just to have him as our waiter! Thank you so much KJ for everything that you did! We really appreciate you and we both had such a wonderful time! Rise Rooftop, we will DEFINITELY be back!
Rude hostess catering to people without kids and putting them in better view of Disneyland arriving well after my reservation. I had requested sitting at an open table at time of my reservation with perfect view of Disneyland because I had little ones who were so excited to be there! ... instead I was told no and put in a corner with no view of Disneyland with no reasoning behind it. My kids were bummed and changed their whole experience. Table sat empty for roughly 30 mins or so till hostess sat 2 people at a table suitable for 4. Bad customer service and rude staff.
I went there for my birthday & it was amazing!! We saw the Disneyland fireworks and had such good drinks! We also ordered the charcuterie board which was delicious! 10/10 recommend!!!
Celebrated our anniversary here and we couldn't have been happier. The venue was easy to find and the ambiance was exactly our vibe. I recommend everyone order their poke nachos, it was enough for at least 3 to 4 people. The drinks were great, but it was the decor, music, and scenery that really livened up the atmosphere. We can't wait to come back during the summer to catch the sunset and try more dishes. We absolutely loved it here.

Rooftop of the Westin. Greeted by pleasant staffed who were helpful in directing us to the restaurant. We had a reservation but quickly taken to our table and served terrific drinks. Excellent variety of cocktails!
Excellent experience. Our waiter Trino was great and gave us lots of tips on our day at Disney. With teenage kids the DJ and vibe was actually really fun. Great view of California Adventure and perfect spot for fireworks (if they do them). Also large sized portions so it was actually reasonably priced. Will recommend to others!

We had a great time visiting with customers. Our server was great. My team was impressed with the views and the live music was great. Not too loud so we could carry conversations. Thank you for providing a venue for a great night.
Such a great experience! We were bummed the fireworks got cancelled but that's out of their control. The food was amazing and huge portions; we didn't know that and ordered way too much for two of us to finish. The drinks were great too. Would definitely return for a nice night out

We had an excellent time at Rise! We were there celebrating my wife's birthday and the staff at Rise took great care of us! They accommodated our request to be moved to high tables for a party of 6 when we got to the restaurant. Didn't know that you had to request this upon making the reservation. Poke nachos, chicken tacos, sourdough bread, pizza and charcuterie board were all excellent! Prices a little higher than what we expected but we enjoyed the food and ambiance. Drinks were very good as well! View from Rise is great! We will be back! Thank you for everything, Rise team!
The server was great above and beyond and the food was really tasty we ordered pepperoni pizza and tinga tacos amazing but I was not happy with the ambiance and the staff rushing you because you can't be there for more than 2 hrs and the music was not good definitely not the vibe I will not be coming back and I'm not recommending this restaurant it's not worth the hype we felt very rushed and I was looking so forward to eating here I'm a guest at hotel.

Sat with a friend for a drink at the area in front of the bar Sunday late at fternoon. Menus are there and expected service. There were probably 5 people total at the bar and that area total. We sat for 10 minutes, nobody came for an order. My friend walked to the bar and ordered drinks. The bar person was not very friendly. E.g. "do you have any nuts", answer: "here is the menu". (Had no chips, nuts etc) For first time in last 6 months I find a place that does not accept "Apple Pay". She did not have a wallet, miraculously I did and saved the day. Drinks were OK and ambiance is great but service is lacking
We had a great time. Rose, really made us feel so welcomed. We got some pizza and wings and their blend of flavors were great. We tried six different drinks and all of them were fantastic. The music wasn't too loud even with the DJ. It was a beautiful evening. We are likely to return if reservations are available.

Came here with my boyfriend for Valentine's Day for the first time...I was afraid that we would be cold being outside on the roof but there were plenty of heaters to go around. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The valet service at the front of the hotel was an appreciated convenience as well. The music was at a perfect level. You could still hear the music but also have an audible conversation. 10/10 will definitely be back.
The ambiance was slow & relaxing - we were hoping for a more energetic and engaging environment- however our overall experience was pleasant. I'd return for a relaxing date night!
