We came exactly 9:25pm, 35mins before closing, store was already closed despite saying it closes at 10pm. We just wanted 1 ice cream for my toddler. The girl, who she said her name was Kaylee or Kaydee, was beyond rude and slam the door on my mother. I get it, you want to go home and close early than it should, but be polite, be respectful, its really not about the ice cream, but being disrespectful wasn't necessary. She used the excuse that she had to defrost everything, but that's not our fault that you want to do that before closing operations. Another client was watching and they also started arguing with her that she was being rude and rushing them (since they went in few mins before we arrive) shouldn't be having someone who doesn't want to work night shifts or wanting to work at all.

Worst ice cream experience I ever had.. I ordered a banana boat, and a Brownie sundae. Both orders got to us with bearly Any ice cream in the containers. It was a drippy mess. The containers and the bag had a weird smell of rat droppings and rat Urine. I'm sorry to say. I will not be ordering from this location again.

So disappointed. I haven't had a Baskin Robbins sundae in over 5 years.I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and the price was almost 9 dollars.The scoops of chocolate mint and peanut butter and chocolate were so small! Like 6 spoonfuls!I asked for hot fudge over the mint, and marshmallow cream over the PB& chocolate.The amounts of fudge and marshmallow cream was not even 2 Tablespoons.Whip cream was 2 tablespoons.This is an almost 9 dollar sundae!The contents didn't come within an inch of the top of the cup.Go buy your own ice cream sundae ingredients and make your own.

Despite their awareness of the store's operating hours, they refused to open the door, leaving me puzzled and frustrated.Such unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and undermines the customer experience. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues promptly.

They are always busy but it’s worth the wait for pecan ice cream ?I like this place they usually have two people taking care of customers.Customer service is usually good but the space inside is too small so usually feels crowded there to eat your ice cream inside.
Parking: Spacious parking space it does get busy on weekends so might have to park further from main entrance not too bad a walk
