I haven't had a Baskin Robbins sundae in over 5 years.I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and the price was almost 9 dollars.The scoops of chocolate mint and peanut butter and chocolate were so small! Like 6 spoonfuls!I asked for hot fudge over the mint, and marshmallow cream over the PB& chocolate.The amounts of fudge and marshmallow cream was not even 2 Tablespoons.Whip cream was 2 tablespoons.This is an almost 9 dollar sundae!The contents didn't come within an inch of the top of the cup.Go buy your own ice cream sundae ingredients and make your own.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Baskin Robins store. The employees working there are consistently rude, which significantly detracts from the overall enjoyment of the visit.Yesterday, I arrived at 9:20pm, well before the store's closing time at 10pm, only to find the door closed with employees inside. Despite their awareness of the store's operating hours, they refused to open the door, leaving me puzzled and frustrated.Such unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and undermines the customer experience. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues promptly.

They are always busy but it’s worth the wait for pecan ice cream ?I like this place they usually have two people taking care of customers.Customer service is usually good but the space inside is too small so usually feels crowded there to eat your ice cream inside.Parking: Spacious parking space it does get busy on weekends so might have to park further from main entrance not too bad a walkWheelchair accessibility: Yes

It was a half hour before closing. I requested a shake and they straight out said no shakes anymore just for being lazy and not rinsing out their blender. Not only that but my four-year-old son picked the wrong flavor and I asked him to change the flavor for me, instead of a courtesy to change the flavor, they charge me again. This place has no heart not only that but the employees are lazy. I'm never coming here again.

On 7/9/23 at 6:49pm PT, I visited this store and talked with an employee wearing eye glasses. She had horrible attitude toward me as a client. She discriminated me over other clients. I came to see her before other clients but she didn't care about me as a human being. I was so disappointed and frustrated with this employee. This is the first time in my life I got such disgusting service treatment in America. I recommend the management team of Baskin and Robin to talk with this employee to see if she really want to work at her current role. If she doesn't want to work anymore, management team should relocate her to other role which not facing clients directly.

Horrible service. Came in for a shake and the girl helping me said they aren't making blended drinks at this time. It was 9pm and they close at 10pm. Owner probably losing money at this location with that kind of service. Also saw a gnat in the ice cream bin, gross. Won't be back.

Horrible costumer service. The girls always seem to be in a horrible mood and don't deliver good manners. Definitely don't recommend this place unless you are expecting horrible service. Ice cream overall was nasty the girl in blond hair didn't even bother washing her hands before cutting the banana without gloves.

i have been buying cakes from here for years. yesterday i went to buy a cake for my daughters birthday and the girl working there (short black hair with glasses) was very rude.the cake doors say ASK FOR ASSISTANCE so we waited behind a line of people. when it was our turn i said HI, BY ANY CHANCE DO YOU HAVE... she cut me off and said NO! so i said OK... WE WILL TAKE THE OREO... she then cut me off AGAIN and said YOU CAN JUST GRAB IT U KNOW! so i did. then paid for it. half way out i turned back and asked her for a HBD sign and asked her to charge me since she was very rude. i asked her if i could at least have some icing to write on it. she said WELL, WE HAVE A CAKE PERSON BT IDK WHERE SHE IS... very unprofessional, very rude. i would have understood if it were busy bt we were the last in line and no one came in or out while we were there. she should not be working the front if she is not a people person. shes not working for free, or as a hobby, she is getting paid.will definitely look for the next BR.

I tried their vegan flavored option 'Mint Chocochunk' (coconut milk) on a waffle cone. It tasted ok but too sweet for me, and the waffle cone was very stale, unenjoyable. The girls who helped me were nice though.
