Today was my son’s 10th bday… had a great party planned but I didn’t get my cake for the party as store was closed…!!! We had ordered a customized cake days ago… and last min we had to rush to another store and managed to get a cake outside but this is too much!!! ☹️ never do this to any customer please and that too kids birthday cake order??!!! Atleast have the courtesy to call and let the customer know if you have an issue at the store!! Pathetic!!!

20 minutes, 1 medium and 1 small shake and 1 blast. I wish I took a picture of the whip cream when it still had fluff so you could see how little there was. This is the forth time I have come here, different workers everytime so at this point I cannot blame them for being slow and unenthusiastic, or for poor attempts to fill drinks.Do not come here. If I could give this place no stars I would. Subpar service is the best you can hope for on a good day.

Went in with my granddaughter after playing at a park on a hot day and paid for our ice cream and asked for a small cup of water. She refused to give me a “free” cup of TAP water for my granddaughter but offered for me to pay for a large bottle of water which my granddaughter would never finish. No matter what I said she refused to give my granddaughter any water. She actually said “that’s just how we are”. Unbelievable. Will never give them another dime of my money. They list a paying customer over tap water that wouldn’t cost them anything.

So theirs nothing wrong with the ice cream itself, but the employees don't seem to know how to make a milkshake right . I mean it's pretty dam easy ice cream, milk , blender . My child could make one better at 4 years old . So either their lazy , or were not properly trained. So I would go with most likely bad management. The place could be cleaner and they started giving smaller portions and raised the prices. Lame one or the other . Too expensive even if it was the normal portion it used to be before they started price gouging people because of lack of business . Because this place sucks . Find a different location . I'm surprised they stay in business with what the place cost each month in rent and overhead.
I got my ice cream, and I couldn't eat it inside.... we were standing outside and eating it with my son. it's bizarre! Because of covid? How about lazziness?
No Smile, Never Thanked, Cheated Out of Ice Cream Scoop Portion Size. I believe this staff person's actions directly reflect the ownership, management's training system. I welcome a response, questions, and or an opportunity to share my many experiences purchasing ice cream with the ownership, management.
I love this store! Great team and always precise on my order. Keep up the good work guys
Arrived at 9:40. They close at 10. One employee. Couldn't get anything but scoops of ice cream. We were told that the sundaes and milkshakes were not available because he had already cleaned up. Also, we were told he had already dropped all the cash' "per store policy" and had to take exact change. He was friendly and I'm sure he is overworked and underpaid like the vast majority of America. This falls on management and ownership. There should have been two people working. If you can't staff and stay fully open til 10 then close earlier. If you have a labor shortage, then raise pay, and if you can't have at least 2 people, then work it yourself. Can't do eithet of those things? Then you should close up shop. I wont be back to that location. Doing so would support out of touch ownership.
