Lovely staff, excellent ice cream, very delicious! Although my mother had their banana split banana itself, it self tasted bitter. I feel like they should keep them cold instead of leaving them out
I got the cone with 2 scopes everything was fresh and taste delicious. The ladies were so nice. Great customer service. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with Baskin-Robbins delivery. I placed an order online, but what I received was not what I ordered. They claim that the product is no longer available but yet it's still being promoted on The delivery app. To make matters worse, when I contacted the store, they told me they have no control over their delivery app! This is unacceptable.

Had no service issues, but can someone please explain why it's 1,000 degrees in here?! What kind of working conditions are these? Is this legal? Also I don't blame the workers if they're not providing the best service, neither could I if I worked here w no working a/c. This is ridiculous. They had to keep the door open just to be able to breathe from how hot and stuffy it was.DO BETTER MANAGEMENT.

It was 9:59 as i stepped in and they already were locking the register. Please dont post you close at 10 and your enployee is reasy to walk out the door....meant what you posted 10pm means they can still serve any custumore til doors are closed or locked at 10

Very bad. I went with my daughter and I bought icecream for my friends. The reason why I gave a 1 star is because there wasn't a lot of icecream in the cup, the icecream wasn't neat and overprice. Also when my daughter ate it, she said there was something weird in her icecream.
