Had no service issues, but can someone please explain why it's 1,000 degrees in here?! What kind of working conditions are these? Is this legal? Also I don't blame the workers if they're not providing the best service, neither could I if I worked here w no working a/c. This is ridiculous. They had to keep the door open just to be able to breathe from how hot and stuffy it was.DO BETTER MANAGEMENT.

It was 9:59 as i stepped in and they already were locking the register. Please dont post you close at 10 and your enployee is reasy to walk out the door....meant what you posted 10pm means they can still serve any custumore til doors are closed or locked at 10

This store should be shut down by the health dept. the owner whipped his nose the whole I was there. never one washed his hands was not using gloves and touched food. this was disgusting. will never go in here again. this was on saturday 11/26/2022

We drove over to BR on a Sunday afternoon, to treat my husband (& me too!) for a few scoops of their yummy ice cream. The employees immediately greeted us and offered samples of our choice. I sampled the German Chocolate Cake flavor and was like whoa! Yes please! Hubby also went with a scoop of the same.. Very friendly employees, only downside of this location is that it's small inside and with other customers inside, maybe like 4-5? It was a tight space yo try to go from one side of the store to the other side.

Went in 15 mins before closing for BOGO cones. Very friendly and professional service.

Always get some good service at this location. For example today I went in hoping to use a BOGO deal and already got my two cones. Little did I know, the BOGO deal is only for single scoop and non waffle cones. But since I already held on the ice cream they decided to honor the BOGO deal anyway! How nice of them! Plus I've been here several other times for other different deals like T-Mobile Tuesday shits and they have always provided me with nice service. The ice cream in general is gonna be consistent as it is with all the other Baskin Robbins I've ever been to. Nothing to say about the lack in taste or quality there! Actually no wait. I just had a waffle cone that was really really stale and soggy at the same time, this isn't even due to holding the ice cream for a long time. I ate it really quickly... Damn. 4 stars I guess. This is the first time I've ever had a situation like this though.

Very bad. I went with my daughter and I bought icecream for my friends. The reason why I gave a 1 star is because there wasn't a lot of icecream in the cup, the icecream wasn't neat and overprice. Also when my daughter ate it, she said there was something weird in her icecream.

It's crazy to see people complaining about the attitude of workers at this shop for years. And it's right on still. You can tell they don't want to be there, and they are waiting for you to hurry up and leave so they can continue to do nothing... Rolling eyes to sarcastic tones... It's obvious why Baskin Robbins is all but gone.

Not good and will probably not go back. Pandemic/covid stuff: yes there are plastic shields over the registers. But then when they needed to scan my app, this girl takes my phone, no gloves and just scans and hands it back to me. NO words. The other young lady, with poorly glued eyelashes longer than Yzma's, was extremely rude. I wouldn't know either of their names but if she so much as batted her eyes, those eyelashes would have fallen into my ice cream. When she could not scan my email coupon, she said JUST TAKE IT. I was not sure if she was talking to me or to the other girl next to her leaning on the counter. I had my child with me and I was not going to get into it but HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Again, no words, no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. So I simply walked away without any words too. Yzma caught me on a good day. They also never answered the phone. I called before getting there because I was interested to know what Vegan flavor they had. Surprise, it is only the chocolate chip. It wasn't even busy when I got there. No customers. I also asked if the choc chip was the only vegan flavor. The girl said, yeah theres one over there, and pointed to the other side, choc chip she said. I said oh no I was wondering if you have any other Vegan flavor. she simply said "uh no." Will not be coming back. Terrible service.
