This location is horrible, they have the employee working in a very Hot environment. I wanted to enjoy my ice cream in here today 12/7/25 however was forced to leave, this establishment was extremely hot. You would think because it’s an ice cream parlor it’d be air conditioned but no! It’s 92 DEGREES! I saw the ac thermo screen that’s how I know. The employee cannot even think straight due to the heat within . It’s sickening to see a young employee struggling in the heat and working this way. I hope the manager or owner sees this. This is unhumane, fix your AC or at least show the employee how to lower the AC no one should work in such harsh environments!

We come here all the time and have never had a problem. We came in today around 3:10pm and the AC was out. It was very uncomfortable in there. I asked the girl if she could take our order because I wanted to get out. She was speaking with the repair man. And from there on, she had an attitude. Sorry, your customers come first. No need to be rude to me and my family. We will never come here again.

I came at 9:35 on Wednesday(Google says open till 10). Lights are on, door unlocked. We pulled up and the guy mouth closed to us and turned the light off, I walked in and asked and he said they are closing early. I get wanting to leave early but if it says open till 10, should be open till 10.
