I came at 9:35 on Wednesday(Google says open till 10). Lights are on, door unlocked. We pulled up and the guy mouth closed to us and turned the light off, I walked in and asked and he said they are closing early. I get wanting to leave early but if it says open till 10, should be open till 10.

I came here to get a cake for my daughter's birthday. She changed her mind at the last minute and decided she wanted an ice cream cake. The people here were so accommodating. They were able to make the cake my daughter wanted within 24 hours and it came out not only looking amazing but tasting incredibly delicious. This is a smaller place but very clean and organized on top of that they have great customer service and the ice cream is fantastic . I definitely recommend this Baskin-Robbins over others. Thank you guys for making my daughter's birthday better.

I'm sure this person tried very hard to make this cake but might be better for baskin robbins to stick to simpler cakes instead of sending out a leaning haunted house.

I ordered a Oreo Cookie Ice-cream pizza because it was my daughter's Birthday and I got a Minty flavor on it wich is not cool because my daughter was so disappointed it just ruined her day she was really craving Oreo Cookie Flavor NOT MINT.....BESIDES THE PRICE I PAY FOR IT AND THE ISSUE WITH THE FLAVOR IT WASN'T WORTH IT AT ALL.....

I ordered online delivery for this place, I ordered a double scoop and a kid’s scoop. For the double scoop, I practically finished one of those scoops in 5 bites. For the kids scoop, I could shake the cup and the ice cream scoop would shake with it. It didn’t even touch the sides of the cup. If i’m paying a ridiculous $7 for a double scoop and $4 for a kids scoop, you better believe i’m going to get my money’s worth. They’re skimpy with their ice cream. Probably going to a different one from now on.??♀️

Seems highly suspicious when everytime I try to get the monthly special, they are out of the ingredients. It's called a loss leader and that's illegal. I can understand it happening once but this is the third time. I end up up spending a lot more for something I didn't go there for. In this case it was $15.98 vs. $11.10. How is this good business?
