Very busy place but so worth it! Employees were fantastic and very nice. A person that had no patience was very rude to employees but employees handle the situation very nice ! If you are not a very patient person and are rude don't go when it's busy because employees shouldn't have to deal with rude customers when it's not employees fault the line was long!!!

Very yummy! Worth the wait?! Debatable. I ordered the glazed beignets and although they were super tasty, I couldn't help but miss the authentic taste of a classic beignet. I need to go back and do the classic. I think the glazed are a bit too sweet but beautiful to look at! I love how you can watch the employees prepare the dough. It's smells soo good in there!

well were to start ...today service sucked cashier was ride and not attending guest answer when this is being my friend visit to Beignets express and heard a lot of wonder things and food about this place , but nope ! When i approached the inside the door after waiting in long lines and no information or anyone at least outside to greet you like all other places do , I see employees ( EATING and STUFFING THERE FACE ) laughing , and using the RAW HANDS shoving food down there throats ! no gloves and then grabbing beignets after seriously !! Stuffing food in your mouth and don't wash your hands !! Female employee ! Name Jennifer ! I said excuse me can you at least wash your hands if your do that ! Female staff ( Jennifer ) huge !!! Eye roll ! walked away ! To the end of the service area and seriously !!! Stuffed her face again with food !!! and laughing about it with another co worker ! when I asked to speak with a manager!! and I had approached her about it and my concerns ( Jennifer stated they aren't here ) What the heck !! Kinda business!! Or management team allows this to happen!! I will also never understand how people like this get hired or even a job !!! Don't understand why she has to act so unprofessional if your unhappy with your job then leave and find another one, don't be unprofessional or rude especially if you're gonna be on Disney property and act the way you do ! I will also be reaching out to corporate about this issues I truly hope managers take her actions seriously as eating in front of guest and laughing in our faces to another coworker is appreciated!! Right I guest that's how they treat there guest !! Can only imagine how she treats her colleagues if they're is how she acts at work I

Excellent as always - never disappoints!! Even on a rainy evening, stopping for hot beignets makes everything better.

After dinner, I brought the family here for dessert and coffee and walked around Downtown Disney. Love the energy here. The beignet with a touch of powdered sugar and a hot cup of coffee to end the night. And fireworks at 9:30pm. It would get a 5 stars rating if they have more options for coffee.

Lazy & rude workers at the front register, fryer, and rolling the dough. Piss poor workers & customer service. Wasted time and money. Workers were goofing off the entire time with no sense of urgency. Won't be coming back. I’m pissed.

Fully staffed yet the line hardly moves. Workers stop the line to talk and move at a snails place to get orders out. No care for customers time. I understand it's the end of the day and everyone gets tired by end of shift, however that's no excuse to be rude. Efficiency and customer service needs major improvement.

Terrible experience. The customer service was horrible and the workers are LAZY. The girl making the dough for beignets would talk to her coworkers and not even roll any of the dough. The other employee on front counter was rude and was irritated when my family had to pay cash. I saw no managers involved whatsoever when the lines reached concerning lengths. I’m extremely disappointed in this store.

Never have I felt the need to leave a bad review on a food place as someone who works in fast food. Everyone working today’s closing shift was horrible. The line took 40+ minutes when it should NOT have. The problem was not the amount of orders but the WORKERS. Every single worker moved with no respect for anyone’s time. Constantly stopping to chat and stand around, the WORKERS created the massive line. The workers would constantly stop mid-task to talk with other workers. This location was absolutely over staffed. If proper discipline and management was put into place, the line could have been handled efficiently. The crew is lazy, disrespectful, and has disgusting customer service. After the cashier stated the total, a customer tried to pay with cash and the cashier immediately became rude and dismissive. The cashier, Stephanie, ignored the customer and angrily reached over the register to forcefully press the red X. I’m a cashier, I know that the cashier pressed the wrong button, but that was NOT the customer’s fault and they should NOT be treated this way. Absolutely disgusting. I hope this complaint is taken seriously.

Not much standing space inside for the amount of people waiting for their order. I had to step out to their back area to get some space. There are really no seats to sit down either. Being on my feet all day at Disney doesn't help either. But there are seatings elsewhere. Don't forget to shake your bag! Honestly between two people 2-4 beignets are enough! I was slightly surprised that even with all that sugar, it didn't feel like a heavy treat. I'm guessing the powder sugar balances out all the oil, it was light and airy. But very messy to eat! I enjoyed the chocolate dip more than the caramel. The chocolate dip reminds me of the inside of a Franz chocolate cream pie. So nostalgic for me, and more creamy than the pie.
