If you ever dine at Benihana and are lucky enough to get Sophie Mama as your server, you’re in for a soy-mazing experience! 🍱✨ Sophie Mama brought so much warmth, laughter, and personality to our table. From the moment we sat down she made us feel completely at home, calling us “Mama” and “Papa” like we were part of the family. Her energy was contagious and her service was absolutely top tier. She checked on us constantly, made sure everything was perfect, and somehow managed to keep us laughing the entire time. Honestly, she didn’t just serve dinner — she served vibes. Benihana is known for the show at the grill, but Sophie Mama was the real star of the table. If you get her as your server, just know you hit the jackpot. Give that woman a raise… or at least unlimited yum yum sauce. 😉 I will come again for Sophie Mama!!!

Our Chef Josue was absolutely amazing! I’ve been to so many Benihanas in CA, and Chef Josue is a gem! He brought all the jokes, and gave everyone such a unique experience by remembering little tid bits about everyone. He made everyone feel part of the experience. When I think of THE BENIHANA EXPERIENCE, he has set the bar. Chef Josue is the epitome of a Benihana Chef!
