Been wanting to go to one for years! Would HIGHLY recommend the Anaheim location. Every layer of the staff were great. Definitely make your reservation in advance, and be as strict as you can with all of your party to show up on time! You don't understand why it's so important till you experience it, but it is. I even made a special proposal request and they were happy to accommodate. Was awesome.
Chef “Sexy Kevin” was outstanding. I asked for my lobster to be cooked a certain way, with lots of garlic butter. Kevin said he would make it for me the “right way” and not with extra garlic butter. If this chef tells you he is going to make it the “right way”, believe him! Best lobster I ever had seasoned the way he said it would be good and he was NOT wrong. All of the food was fantastic, as usual.
While the food was delicious, the service was horrific. Never got an answer as to why it took over 90” from when we sat until we got our main course. We asked 3 times for an update and the last time was offered a free appetizer (which arrived as soon as the chef did). While that was a nice gesture, it did not make up for the 60” wait from the salad until the chef appeared. Even a percentage off would have been more welcome.
