Tried the peach tea & matcha iced tea. They were amazing. Peach tea was not too sweet, flavorful, and refreshing. I am very picky about my matcha tea. This place served it the best. I hate coffee and enjoy this place as my go to!

They don't even follow their own business hours. Regardless if it's slow or not, you stay open during the times you advertise. It was the day AFTER Christmas. They were closed at 7:30. It pissed me off that I drove 25 minutes just to find out this place is closed. Wack af. Why bother even putting hours if yall just going to open and close when you please?

yummy boba with large portions and i believe they have waffles as well. Their winter melon milk tea with boba is great. The shop has WiFi and cool art. The person who made my drinks was super kind. Will come by again!

My GO-TO for boba fixes. Hands down try their waffle! Make sure it's not undercooked/soggy because it's the crunchiness/crispiness that makes it close to the authentic Hong Kong Style Egg Waffle (雞蛋仔)! The best combo: Original with BOBA topping! YUMMY! I'm def going back.

This place is great. They use real sugar and honey as sweeteners. They also make their own taro paste and their own fresh whip cream for their sweet cream. They also use real milk. Service is very friendly and there's plenty of parking. They take Apple Pay. The bubble waffle was really good and sweet on its own. I don't think it even needs any add-ons. I really like the clean ingredients the boba tastes super fresh. Definitely one of the best boba places I've been to, if not THE best!

Seen the signs and finally went! Took my son. They got a kid friendly Selection no caffeine! Lots of Choices. I got the strawberry tea with green apple jelly. Super yummy! Pretty chill place the Gentleman was super nice.

My daughter likes it better than Ding Tea. She got the taro milk tea and loved it - not overly sweet and I like that it doesn't look like purple syrup! You have to try the bubble waffles! So good, perfect crispy and chewy mix! The guy recommended adding peanut butter chips to our green tea waffle and he was right, so good!!

Came back second time and order House MT (super size) 1) The size is huge and a lot of boba compared to other places - 10/102) the drink is good, nothing so special as I just ordered a regular MT - 8/103) boba is chewy and slightly sweet - 8/10I will definitely come back and try others
