Not an actual brick and mortar restaurant. You have to pre-order and pay service fees to apps like Uber Eats or Door Dash for takeout. The location is marked FOOD PICK-UP AND TAKEOUT. There's no actual counter inside, just a bunch of automated lockers. The wait time for me was 20-minutes, and the waffle fries were half cooked and soggy fresh out of the bag minutes after getting the ORDER READY text. Hopefully the chicken and waffles are properly cooked, and microwavable when I get back to my hotel. 9 out of 10 wouldn't order again.

The chicken sandwich is excellent. Also, the waffle fries are definitely on the crispy side. The fries are bigger and got more flavor than other places. Their bird sauce is good and tangy.

I ordered via delivery app while traveling with my fiancee to Disneyland. When it got to the hotel, I was actually really surprised with the quality and the taste! It's something like chick-fil-a and Popeyes together, but a little upgraded version of it. Overall, I really enjoyed and I still keep thinking about the chicken sandwich! Their tenders were also really good. Waffle chips, or "fries" were very crispy and tasted like heaven with maple syrup on the side. LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!

Pretty solid sandwiches and good crisp fries too! Nothing horribly soggy - we DoorDashed to our hotel for delivery.The Deluxes are great, spicy is SPICY though, at least compared to Chick-fil-A but might not be a bad thing! Good for a quick late night eat ?

The food was good other then the fact it felt a little bland like it needed salt and seasoning but other then that it was good. The problem I had was that it was very confusing to order. I wasn’t able to place my order online as it wouldn’t process so I had to go inside and order. I get the whole ghost kitchen thing where’s you’re trying to be mysterious by having a plain looking building but it makes it hard to spot but then you walk in and it was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever experienced. If you told me that it was a government testing facility that was experimenting on people I’d believe it, it’s a small room painted all sly blue a window and that’s pretty much it. If you look through the window you just see a dark low lit room and that’s it. You don’t see anyone and you don’t get much help. I walked in and went to the pickup tablets not having seen the one on the side to order. The tablet was so slow it’d take like almost a minute to register your press. When you come you pick up your food from a locker and that’s it. I get the low key thing they’re doing but it’s just the most ominous awkward thing ever when you walk in there. Like does it have to be so weird to be low key. If not for that I’d give it a 4 because food was a little bland with no seasoning and salt.

This is a ghost kitchen you might have heard about on the news. No review has said this yet. There are like 14 restaurant brands in this same industrial rental space kitchen called Anaheim Food Co. next to an ice rink. No bathrooms, no sitdown spots, strictly takeout and delivery app. Luckily there are tablets you can make an order on if you're d*** enough to show up for lunch expecting a standard dining experience like I was. As long as you know what you're getting into the bird n bun original sandwich was thick, bigger than the bun, and juicy like every review says. Very crispy, though bland from no herbs or spices. It really needs that extra sauce and pickles. At $12 it's expensive but commands a high price for being that good.

This place is very weird its not a restaurant and not a food truck the food seems to not be made there it's in one of the industrial buildings i tried there pizza it was so flat and dry like school pizza

This place smells like a front for a corporate test kitchen. Something is hella off with the vibe here and makes me wonder of McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr. or Amazon is behind this.Not a fan, the food didn’t make me feel good. I’d waaaaaaaaaaaaaay rather go to Byrds or Jaybirds instead.
